Essential Nail Garden & Lash Lounge Fond du Lac

I have been getting my nails done by Isabelle for a few months now and my nails always look great! I’m really rough with my nails, so when if I break one she fits me into the schedule to get it fixed right away! I have gotten multiple services done by her and she pays close attention to detail. She is super nice and easy to talk to! Would recommend her to anyone!

The one thing I treat myself to is getting my nails done. I just love how they feel and look. In the past, I've gone to several of the other salons in town and have gotten acrylic, which had always ended with cracked or ripped nails, which of course are so painful. To be honest, I would never have thought about trying essential nail garden or gel manicures instead if it wasn't for my friend booking the appointment and telling me to get my booty there. And oh my god, was I glad I went. My friend I booked back to back appointments with Brenda, and she was friendly, professional, and took the time to fix what the acrylic nails butchered. Im excited to have a place that is comfortable and where you can actually talk to the nail technician like they are just another one of your girlfriends. I can't imagine going anywhere else, and I'd recommend these girls to anyone who just wants to pamper themselves and get that special treatment.

Brenda is always super friendly and amazing (as well as everyone else there)! Super great place to go and get anything done. 10/10 recommend!

Its been quite awhile since I got my nails done and I absolutely loved the experience getting my nails done with my best friend! They were very friendly. Did amazing at recommending ways to make our designs work. Cant wait to go back 💕

I had one great experience with Essential and one meh experience. The first time I went I saw Rosa and if I had only worked with her I would give 1000 stars. She did such an amazing job. She was very thorough and easy to talk with I was excited to go back! We even discussed me bringing my wedding party to the salon as a party to prep for the wedding so I was ecstatic! But then when I scheduled a fill she was unavailable so I went with a different person and I didn't love my experience. It has me questioning if I want to go back as I am unable to see the girl I liked Rosa for at least 4+ weeks. The second person I met with did a good job with the fill portion but the polish, in my opinion horrendous. I was there for almost two hours and somehow still felt like she was rushing the whole time. It was sloppy and looked like I did it myself with my non-dominant hand. She didn't talk much and when she did it was just awkward. She never gave me the chance or option to tell her the nail design I wanted and just went in with the solid color I chose. I asked if she would do chrome on them and she straight up said no and didnt say a word after that. Long story short give Essential a try but make sure you get Rosa. Edit* 5/14/24* I have officially changed my review from a 3 start to a 1 star. I left the original review after a not so great nail appointment and when I went back to Rosa a few weeks later the second I sat down in my chair the owner Brenda came over and gas lit me for my review. She tried to tell me that I didn't mesh with the other girl because she is pregnant. Then she told me it was my fault because of the color I chose. Then she told me the girls there go to school and come to her with zero experience, but in my opinion if I am getting my nails done by someone with zero experience then I should not be paying full price. Lastly, she told me she would have fixed my nails from that bad appointment but I had already written the review so it was too late for her to fix anything. I am beyond disappointed in the route that the owner decided to take and will never set foot in that salon again.
