Whatever Sabina lady that left such a rude review before me, is butthurt and terrible for attacking a small, family owned business over something so trivial. Money cant buy class. Anyways! I came in as a walk in, and the owner and her daughter were the only 2 working. The owner was fully booked for the day, and she still was able to squeeze me in. When I say this godsend of a woman is the ONLY nail tech I've ever seen that didn't cut or rip my skin off just because they were in a rush, I mean it. I have very thin nails and am very prone to getting friction burn from drill bits or even just file shaping. Not a single pinch or wince. She took 1 hour for an ENTIRE full set, and was so efficient and kind. The last nail salon I went to in Eau Claire took 2 hours for a basic set. And in Miami, where Im from, I surely left with cuts on my cuticles and burns on my nail bed. Every time; For ridiculous prices, at that. Happy Nails' prices are cheap and fair. Her work is FLAWLESS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My sister-in-law and I walked in to get our nails done and a guy there asked if we had an appointment and we said no bc we’ve never had to make an appointment to get our nails done. And we are always willing to wait if needed but then a lady straight out shouted “we busy” saying that they can’t do our nails when there were literally 3 customers there and one of the workers was on his phone! that is the rudest comment I have ever heard from a nail salon!! Could at least be nice and say we are short staffed and can’t help you right now or something but just straight shouting to us is very disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a grown women!! I guess it’s too bad bc we usually tip well so you just lost yourself some extra money!

I wasn’t able to get into the normal salon I go to and I had remembered that Happy nails was near my house and they were open so thought I should give it a try. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They fit me in when I could tell their schedule was already full. So I really appreciated that. 🤗 Will definitely be back again! Thank you for the great service and fitting me in!

more like grumpy nails! there is zero customer service skills here. will not be back, and will steer all of my girl friends to go literally anywhere else.

First time coming here I only planned on getting my old acrylics removed. When I arrived i was greeted by a young woman named Jennifer and she asked me what time is my appointment? I had told her 1pm. She was a little confused but everything’s got figured out and they took me right away. She looked at my nails. She gave me some suggestions as to what I might want to do if I just wanna go with a natural look and this is how my nails turned out based on the pictures, I love them her customer service was great. She was awesome and I definitely will be returning. Love this place!
