De Pere Natural Nail

Rita has done an amazing job the 2 times i have been here. My dip nails lasted me a month. She does beautiful design work too. Today's Christmas nails.

Acrylic nails fell off after week and a half. Three weeks ago I get acrylics with a floral design for my friend’s wedding. The acrylics and design were gorgeous and I was really happy with them. However, they fell off within a week and a half. Several years ago I got dip nails from De Pere natural nail and proceeded to compare all other dip nails against them because they did such a fantastic job. Considering this past experience with them, I was extremely disappointed with these acrylics.

Kai was amazing!! My nails turned out so chic and perfect (even though it was a struggle to color match with the inspo picture but that was on me). Been here 3x and have never been annoyed with the nails i received. Well done!!

Got an acrylic fill and picked out a chrome brown for the color before starting. Near the end he starts painting my nails black and I ask if that’s going to turn to a light brown like I choose and he told me to wait for chrome. He starts putting on the chrome and it turns to silver and I tell him that’s not the color I picked out. He brings over the nail sampler and I point to the color and tell him I picked out the brown. He tells me they don’t have that color AFTER I chose it. He then tells me to pick a different color and I say I really want brown for fall colors but he says he can’t do that so then I ask him if he can just paint my nails a normal brown color without the chrome. He tells me I’m getting chrome because he didn’t want to repaint my nails. Then after I refused to pick another color he told me to try the chrome and see if I like it. He does all my nails and goes “You don’t like it?” to which I replied “No, not really because it’s silver and not brown”. He puts my nails up to the fake nail with the brown color and says “I don’t know why it’s not like that color. Close enough.” Then proceeded to charge me full even after I expressed that I didn’t like the color. Lazy and horrible customer service. I will not be returning.

I showed John a picture of what I wanted, and he was spot on! He hand-did everything, including the French tip, and it turned out perfect. He was so thorough with each nail, making sure the shape and length all matched beautifully. I really appreciate his attention to detail—I’ll definitely be coming back to him!
