Lavish Lounge Spa

Booked with Tina after seeing photos of nails she's done online. Everything looked very clean in the photos. I don't want to be negative but I'm very disappointed with how my nails turned out. I felt like she rushed, and did not take time to check over everything. My nails have a lot of rough edges and excess gunk on the back of the nail. I asked for some very basic nail art (crescent moon and a few 4 pointed stars) and they are really messy and upside down from the photo I showed her. I don't expect perfection, but I could literally do better myself. I realized afterwards that one of my middle finger nails is way shorter than the others, and looks odd. It's very nice inside the building, and clean, which is why it's 2 stars instead of 1. It isn't cheap to get these done, and I expect more from a professional. Hopefully they at least hold up decently.

The salon was nice and the people were too. However, my nails did not look nice. They all started chipping within 2 hours after my appointment. I don’t think the guy who did my nails did them correctly. Gel polish should not chip so easily

When I walked in they didn’t let me know what to do. I was unfamiliar with builder in a bottle and they didn’t tell me to pick a color or what they put on top of builder gel. The person I had was very rough on the skin around the nails and didn’t use a clean bit on the natural nail or on the builder gel. The builder gel burned sooo bad. I’ve had gel don’t before and am familiar with the burn but this was different. I think they applied the builder gel too thick and had the lamp turned on to the highest setting. I asked the person doing my nails if it was supposed to burn and he said yes, so I did let them know it feel very intense. Overall they weren’t really friendly and the whole experience was a little painful my nails still hurt the nails look good though. The salon was also very clean.

Best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in a long time. I haven’t had a pedicure in years because of prior bad experiences, but this one I had (done by Mai), was so relaxing and enjoyable! I also had a full set of acrylics done by Ken and he did such a wonderful job and even though my design was complicated, he did it quickly but with precision and care. There was also a little hand massage too which was very nice! Prices were reasonable and was overall so satisfied with my services! Will definitely be going back🩷

I hadn't been to this Salon but will definitely be back. I had Tony and the amount of care he showed was outstanding. My nails are gorgeous! I saved his name because after all these years, I found someone I want to return to! The salon itself was nice and relaxing as well.
