Bay's Nail Spa

I love coming here. I feel like a friend and incredibly welcome. Vanessa ALWAYS gets my nails looking as perfect as possible and today Bay fixed up my scalp so much I feel like I have a whole new head. I highly recommend this place to feel pampered and like a new person!

I live in Cedarburg but I love Bay’s for a few reasons— firstly, they are open DAILY! I don’t know about you, but it’s frustrating dealing with everybody’s goofy hours these days. Secondly, when you make an appointment, they stick to that appointment. I have been to Ritz Nails in Cedarburg a couple times and every time I go, despite making an appointment, I have to wait for over a half an hour every time. I have little ones and my windows of time are tight. Thirdly, and most importantly, Syda does a wonderful job on my nails. She understood exactly what I wanted when I asked for almond-shaped nails (not everyone knows what that means) and she does a wonderful job on my two-tone nail design that I like to do. My manicure always turns out great and they last around three weeks, which is what a gel manicure should. My gel pedicures last even longer. Bay is a generous and hospitable business-owner who takes pride in her work. Give them a try!

Bay and her staff are amazing!! They all treat you like family. I've been getting my nails done by Bay and her ladies for years. I took my Mom and sister for their first time and they had a fantastic time. They will definitely be returning.

Amazing experiences! I’ve went to Bay’s twice this month. I saw Jenny for a spa manicure and she did a beautiful job on my nails. Then I saw Bay for a Japanese scalp treatment. This is a must-have service! She analyzed my scalp and I had no idea how much build up I had until she showed me. My hair felt so soft and light afterwards. The scalp, neck, shoulder, and arms massage was so relaxing! Would highly recommend the services at Bay’s.

Bay consistently delivers exceptional service, and today, I had the privilege of experiencing my first Japanese head spa treatment with her. I was completely blown away by the incredible treatment and Bay's meticulous attention to detail. She explained every aspect of the process beautifully, making the experience even more enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
