2025-08-27Melissa in Suite 31 was awesome!! I had a lash lift and tint and was running a little late but she was SUPER understanding. She worked thoroughly and efficiently. She went through everything she was going to do and made sure I understood the process. The chair was so comfy and she’ll play your choice of music. I had to fight to stay awake!

2022-09-22I went to Hair Matrix for the second time, and this was the second time she cut my bangs the way she wanted to. I asked for side swept bangs and she chopped them off when I was turned away from the mirror. I look like a 3 year old got into the scissor drawer, they don't even reach my eyebrows. She told me it was cute in the end and this is how some people style their hair. I went because I needed a trim before trying on wedding gowns, so this is incredibly devastating. She is otherwise thorough, but I will not be returning.
