Genuinely the best nail experience I have had anywhere. Booked out of nowhere and they got me and my friend right in! I broke my nail and it was super small but they did and amazing job at making it look like it was never broken! Super honest as well very helpful with colors and designs. Found my new home nail salon. Aswell as AMAZING UNBEATABLE PRICING!!

Not impressed with my experience here at Nails and Spa in Neenah. I was quoted (twice) $55 for a new acrylic set. I was charged $82 (prior to tip) for a new acrylic set. There is a charge for anything and everything. I wanted chrome French tips. Apparently there is a charge for the chrome, the shape, the length, and the style. This is not disclosed to you until after at the register. Even after being quoted $55 two times. Not good business practice. My thumb nails specifically were noticeably shorter/stubbier than the rest of my nails. Paint was missing on parts of the nail. Disappointing to say the least since this set was actually $82+

I was very impressed by the salon itself and atmosphere. As far as the technician, who had actually done my full set prior to requesting assistance from owner who completely darkened the energy in the room with her attitude towards not only her employees but her customers as well. After my nails were completed and I paid by card giving tip and total for my credit card total. Later that day when looking at my card transactions I noticed that the salon over charged my card . Which is a crime. Its credit card theft ! Then that following day by 11am 2 of my nails had already snapped off and when brought to owners attention she accepted no responsibility and refused my refund request

My daughter scheduled us an appointment to go in and get our nails done together. Not only did they separate us almost immediately which defeats the purpose of us scheduling together. Both my and my daughter’s nails were mediocre. They use really cheap acrylic they over price and don’t do that good of a job. Really thick and un even nails. The male that did mine was aggressive. The place seemed outdated and there was power strips hanging from the ceiling at full capacity. Seems unkept and dirty and dingy. They share nail files they use on peoples feet then use them for people’s nails 💅 🤮- the health inspectors would have a field day inside this place. Go someplace else anywhere else. Will not be returning ever -
