I had my first ever Brazilian wax done by Michelle, and I can confidently say the experience exceeded all expectations. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. As a man trying this for the first time, I was initially a bit nervous, but Michelle made me feel completely at ease. Her professionalism and welcoming demeanor eliminated any discomfort or embarrassment, and I truly appreciated the care she put into making the experience comfortable and positive. I look forward to returning because of her outstanding service. Additionally, my daughter had her nails done for Easter by Amy Shepro, who went above and beyond with a creative and delightful “Peeps” design. It was such a fun and unexpected touch, and the results were phenomenal. This review is long overdue I meant to post it back in April but life got busy. I don’t give out 5-star reviews lightly as I’m in the top 10% of reviewers on google, but Michelle and Amy absolutely earned it. The level of service, attention to detail, and customer care at this salon/boutique is exceptional. Thank you both for a wonderful experience!

I wish I could give 6 stars! Lizzie was amazing. She’s so personable and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. If you’re looking for someone reliable, fun to work with, a great listener, and someone you’ll want to come back to for years, she’s the one. She truly does a fantastic job!

My manicure was awesome, but they didn’t even have a clear undercoat for a classic French tip nail. So had to do a pink undertone which isn’t what I wanted for my wedding day but the girl was so sweet. A different girl did my daughter’s nails and pedicure and they were horrible, there was paint all around her nails that she didn’t clean up and the paint looked horrible. She did my pedicure as well and it was terribly done, the paint looks awful and chunky and you can see the streaks. The worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My sister was getting a manicure as well and the girl usually only does hair and her manicure was AWFUL. She will be getting them redone.

I hadn’t gotten my hair colored since 2004…over 20 years ago. So this was really a treat for me. My stylist Aleah is a lovely young lady. Pleasant and most importantly very talented and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. I showed her a pic of what I wanted which was a very light blonde balayage but keeping my roots my natural color. And she achieved it perfectly! It actually exceeded my expectations and I’m in love with it! I would recommend Aleah to anyone wanting to get their hair done. Well done Create Salon at hiring such a talented young lady. The price was also very reasonable and less than other salons I researched. Also the appt was easy to make via their website. They do take a deposit when you make the appt and it goes towards your service. I believe this is an industry standard and had no problem with it. Thank you again Aleah for taking care of me and being so kind.

The service was nice but the stylist cut my daughter’s hair with the wrong style too short and the back was so messed up we had to fix it ourselves at home😕 otherwise a very nice place and decent prices!
