Salon de Belle

I've been going to Salon de Belle for years. The shop is bright and cheerful; you'll be offered a beverage every time you go in. The staff is friendly and supportive of each other. My usual stylist is Caitlyn and she is fantastic about listening to my ideas and then running with them. "We" have explored every style from very short to almost shoulder length. She does a beautiful job every time; I always to home with a smile feeling so much better than when I came in! When Caitlyn has been off I have worked with Veda and Gina; they are both lovely and also great listeners and have bubbly, friendly personalities. Great salon!

Overall this salon is great! Very personable and genuine staff. Veda installed my hair extensions, she is FANTASTIC! The color match was spot on, and she was very accurate with her installation time. Could not have asked for a better experience overall!

I have been going to Krista every 6-8 weeks for my hair for many years. I can say that I have never left an appointment feeling anything but love for my hair! Even if I go into my appointment not really having a set idea of what I want, she always works her magic and does something beautiful. The salon environment is always so amazing as well, which makes for a great relaxing appointment.

My daughter gave the hairstylist a picture of what she wanted and it was nothing like the picture. To the hairstylist: if you can't cut her hair like the picture say something! For 55.00 a haircut, you should know what you are doing. Will not be going back. Rather go to a business with accountability and integrity.

Sadly the first time we came here was horrid. I had my son come in for a fade. He has curly hair and we always do a short fade into curly top. The stylist assured us that she could fade a boys hair. After she did a quick turn and looked fine. However, stopping at the store walking behind my son, I noticed a hack job on a fade. I called to have fixed and was instantly given attitude. We went back in and she tried to argue that it looked fine and it was because of of MIXED nationality hair. I many times stated that we do this every cut but was looking for more local stylist and if she could not fade, it would have been better to decline. After about 5 minutes of the stylist belittling me on how we don't know what we are talking about, would have been easier to say "I can't fade curly hair". We have been to places that decline the fade and that is fine, but to argue and be little because of the stylist lack of knowledge. The others just sat there while this stylist yelled at us. We ended up having her just do a 1 guard all the way around. Horrible place.
