Listen… I’ve been searching for a new nail tech for over a year since mine moved out of state. I’ve been to 13 different techs who claimed they did builder gel manicures—wrong! Then I met Lany. ✨ It’s such a breath of fresh air to finally find someone who not only loves what they do, but actually does it well. I’m beyond grateful 🥹. My nails haven’t looked this good in a whole year. Thank you so much, Lany! 💅🏼❤️

I went here for the first time yesterday. I decided kind of last minute to treat myself to a full acrylic set and found this place online and they had an opening next day. My nails came out exactly as I wanted them to. I went with a simple pink/white ombré French, so nothing crazy but the application was pain free, even though my cuticles were in rough shape. The shape and length are perfect and I had good conversation flowing with the tech (Lany). As long as this mani lasts, I’ll definitely return!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Laney is an artist in her own right and she was so patient and willing to extend time just to make this incredible nail art that I am now fashioning. Comfortable space. Always excited to go and see what new amazing nail art awaits. Can't wait to go back!!

I have been going to this salon for a while now and Lili S. is amazing. Highly recommend her as a nail tech. The salon is also clean, the staff is friendly, and always has new nail colors to choose from

Worst acrylic set and art I've ever had. I didn't know how to act when it was happening because I was anxious and was hopeful it wouldn't be as bad when it was all over. I should have known it was going to go downhill because during my pedicure after the polish was on, the nail tech said it was lumpy and asked what I wanted to do...I'm like, if it's lumpy, why are you asking me-she should have just redone it? She already spent 40 minutes on the pedicure so I said just put a clear coat over it. I should have left then. The last two photos are inspiration for what I wanted-the first are what I got. The acrylic was lumped on, never filed down, and the shape of the nails were uneven. The art looked like weird starfish and the artist said it was good enough and I was like, okay, It's good enough? I am an extremely anxious person and it took me two years to go in to the salon since the pandemic. I was barely holding it together and I wanted to leave so fast! I spent 135 with tip (regretted tipping but I felt bad). Then I immediately called the manager. She agreed to redo them completely the next day. I went in, and she appeared rushed. She didn't even acknowledge how atrocious they were, and the same nail tech was still working that day. I wanted nail art and paid for nail art but I could tell she was rushed so I just said one color. I was supposed to also have a pedicure redone because it was also lumpy-but I just said no since I could tell it was all rushed anyway. Poor customer service and recovery-I should have had everything redone and been apologized to. After the shaping I was handed over to another nail tech for polish and the tech said sometimes they are busy...this wasn't being busy-this was poor skill. I was never offered a refund, any apology, or what I actually wanted. I am extremely disappointed and would advise no one to go here unless they want to waste over 3 hours and two days of their time and experience the worst set of nails and mediocre service in Milwaukee.
