Review of My Favorite Nail Salon I recently visited a nail salon that truly offers a personal experience, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. They genuinely listened to my preferences and ensured I got the design I envisioned. What impressed me the most was their commitment to going above and beyond. I had brought in a design I found on Pinterest, and not only did they replicate it perfectly, but they added their own creative touches that made it even better! The staff is not only skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable about nail care, offering helpful tips and advice throughout the process. The atmosphere of the salon is warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for some self-care. If you're looking for a nail salon that prioritizes customer satisfaction and exceptional service, this is the place to go. I left feeling pampered and confident, already planning my next visit!

Good service in the beginning and I almost feel like they do that to get people to come back and then start getting a little lazier everytime. I have been coming here for about 6 months to get my nails and toes done, but I think I'm going to take my money elsewhere. Every time Sara does my pedi's it looks like she doesn't paint all the way down and they look grown out right after leaving the salon. Tiffany did a good job with my nails in the beginning, then I started noticing her rushing through my service. She starting having my fills & color done within 30 mins I didn't mind and actually thought it was kind of nice how fast she went. Until I started noticing a pattern of at least 1 of my nails cracking, chipping or breaking everytime after only having them done about a week. I ALWAYS tip well that's why I'm soo disappointed 😞

Although I got a basic manicure for $45 i feel as though it should have lasted way longer than 3 days. I called them today to see if I can come in so they can fix it but they mentioned they waited for me to come in yesterday so no can do. No help to resolve this matter, no come back in on this day - just no. Not quite professional I’m happy my toes look perfect though…just wasn’t expecting this outcome - spending $140 all together. 2 stars cause my toes looks fine.

I’ve been coming to JB Nails for years now, and I am always impressed with the quality and craft of my nails when I leave! Each person I have gone to consistently takes their time, is friendly, and leaves my nails looking better than when I came. I cannot recommend this place enough, but definitely book an appointment to beat the rush!

I have been contemplating on writing this review for a while now, but it needs to be told. As I walked in the salon it is gorgeous and very clean. I even got offered a beverage in which a lot of salons do not offer (nice perk). I needed my toes done and a full set of nails. My toes were very beautiful and the lady who did them was very nice and patient with me. NOW! When it came down to my full set I believe the owner did them. She was nice and there was very little communication, which is okay as I take this time to relax and wind down from a long work week. What I did not appreciate was that my natural was grinded down wayyyy too much and my natural nail was cut in half and I caught an infection on several of my nails that was not visible until a few days later. When I did pull back because it hurted multiple times I did not get an apology or a discount after the fact. Also, the atm did not work properly and I had to stand there for about 25 minutes (literally) to get my card back and did not receive any money just an error on the screen Of the atm. I was told that was not the first time it happen, a courtesy before hand would of been nice. My natural nails still look horrible and I’m sure I would have to wait weeks or months for it to cure naturally. I am very disappointed and the service did not reach my expectations. I hope the owner can take this as constructive criticism on what not to do for the next customer being there for the first time.
