My niece and I called for a walk-in appointment and they said sure come in. When we got there, it was clear they were busy. But they sat us down right next to each other and within a few minutes, we had two nail technicians assisting us. They were very thorough and kind, even though they were assisting other customers. My nails were done exactly the way I wanted them to be done, and my niece had her nails done beautifully as well. I could tell they really cared about the service we experienced, even though they had other customers to deal with at the same time and we had made a walk-in appointment. They were juggling multiple appointments and requests and other calls and yet we still got excellent service with everything that was going on. They were friendly and chatted with us. Also the quality of my nails are amazing. They’re rock solid. I don’t think I have ever gotten better nails anywhere else. The design was cute and what I wanted. I will definitely go back again. Also I’m very simplistic so when you look at the pic, this is exactly what I asked for.

I went in for a simple gel toe polish 2 days ago, and was really disappointed. The tech filed my toenail way too far down — now it stings and feels uncomfortable. The polish itself turned out okay for the most part, but a few toes already look like the gel is about to peel off. What bothered me the most was the overall experience. The tech seemed unhappy or mad the entire time, didn’t speak to me, and acted frustrated like I should automatically know how to position my foot. The energy was uncomfortable, and I definitely didn’t feel welcome.

Va convinced me to restart my natural nail journey after months of destroying my nails with acrylics. So I got builder gel with a French and in IN LOVE. They also did my hands and feet at the same time ! Loved that. Kind of a hidden gem . They even gave me a punch card . Love this place 10/10

This was a AMAZING place. I love the service. They were so gentle and on point with everything. I recommend to come HERE!! If ever in Appleton, Wi, they are big and also clean.

I cannot say enough positive things about the last minute pedicures my daughter and I booked at The Nail Palace. The building itself is absolutely stunning - everything sparkled and glistened with a beautiful shine. The pedicure chairs were luxurious and comfortable, adding to the overall experience. The service we received was excellent, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and our pedicures turned out absolutely perfect. I am beyond thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future. We are very happy with our choice to have services done here at The Nail Palace!
