VIP NAILS

Let me start out by saying, it’s not the worst experience I’ve ever had. I started out getting my pedicure which was amazing! It felt great and it was nice talking to my nail Tech. I had Coco. She said her name was Tracy, but there was a co-worker that also had that name, so she switched. Coco was pleasant to speak with, she did a great job removing my hang nails, and the massage was fabulous! My nails weren’t evened out, they were left at the lengths I came in at. Also, I know I don’t have the prettiest toes, or feet, however I don’t enjoy having nail polish on my skin after the service is complete. I’m thankful that Coco was able to take us early, but the next problem arose after my pedicure. Nail technicians were coming in as we were getting our pedicures, and she was informed I’d be getting a pedicure and a manicure at the start of the service. Once my pedicure concluded I was seated in the manicure section (area where they work on your hands) and waited for a bit before I would up with a completely different technician. The lady who did my pedicure, went to work on somebody else’s hands after completing my foot service. The lady comes to do my nails and I explain I’d like almond but I have two short nails, so if that’s not possible I’d like oval if that’s possible. She told me oval would be good. I agreed that sounded good. As she’s filing my nails I show her my two thumbs and let her know they are two different sizes, she laughed about it. My completed hand service had many different sized and shaped nails. I love the color, and I think the environment was great, but that actual service showed me you don’t get what you pay for. We did two pedicures and one manicure with natural nails and the cost was $175. Also, you can only pay in cash. There is not a debit card option, or check option. Strictly cash. I also snapped a picture of the bathroom and the floor was unfinished, which isn’t a big deal- everybody starts with what they are able to fix and work their way up. It may be important to somebody who is handicapped, the door opening is a bit small, and the floor wasn’t fully glued on to the subfloor. I’d say know what you’re getting and ask a lot of questions before your service- my pictures were taken after a “completed” service.

Was sitting in seat #9, cut 2 of my fingers with the drill from trying to rush through, and a few fingers felt like they were burning the whole time & still are burning an hour later. Had asked for all black before we even gotten started and put a design on without asking & made it seem like I was making an inconvenience when I said that was not what I asked for. I’ve never had a fill that was done in about 25-30 minutes, some nails are uneven & overall just upset on my experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am actually in disbelief over this place. I came in 26 hours ago and had a pedicure done. I specified multiple times prior to appointment that i can NOT do gel, i am extremely allergic and will break out in hives and blisters. They seemed annoyed by this but said ok. Mind you, again, it has been 26 hours and my polish has never dried. I feel as though they intentionally used gel on me even though i stated my allergy. My feet are covered in large blisters, my ring toe on my right foot has a giant blister and everything is so itchy. Of course, since it’s gel, and uncured, acetone didn’t take off the polish. I had to go and purchase a file machine to take the polish off. My file tip is now covered in polish that was never cured, i can’t believe they let me walk out like this. The lady who did my pedicure was extremely rough and rushed. She didn’t even file my toes, just clipped them, so they’re extremely square, pointy, and uneven. I was waiting to let my nails dry when they essentially kicked my mom and i out of the chairs to let new customers in. A waste of 50 dollars, needing to buy a file machine, and now needing a trip to the doctor to get ointment. Also, to note, using the cheese-grater like tool on feet is illegal. I am familiar laws and sanitization as i am licensed to do nails myself. There is no possible way to sanitize those graters in between clients, so that foot cheese is getting spread from person to person. The state will be getting a call and formal complaint about this shop. Expect a visit from inspectors

Absolutely terrible experience. The nail technician was incredibly rude, spending the entire appointment on FaceTime and clearly not paying attention to my nails. The result didn't match the picture I provided. She kept hitting my hand whenever I tensed up. To top it off, I was quoted $65 beforehand but charged $70 at checkout. Completely unsatisfied and would not recommend.

They help me refix my nail polish from a different salon, and they made sure I like the design before doing the rest of my nails by doing only my pinky. I have really shaky hand so they were very cooperative with that. They’re nice and very gentle with my hands. I really like them they match my prom dress I got.
