Randi was amazing! I had the 90 minute massage- and it was so worth it. She was kind and welcoming, and did a fantastic job with the massage. She took her time to work on all the knots in my neck and back, and it was clear that she paid extra attention to where I needed it most. I would highly recommend her services.

My mom and I had Janel for our services, and she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made the experience so enjoyable. She was fun, comforting, and easy to talk to. We felt at ease throughout the entire session, and her positive energy made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend her!!!

The facial was wonderful, and the service was excellent. However, I encountered an issue when trying to pay with a gift card I received within the past year, as I was informed it had expired. Unfortunately, the expiration date or policy wasn’t indicated on the card. As a result, I had to cover the $180 cost of the services that day, in addition to forfeiting the $300 value of the gift card. Interestingly, they no longer sell gift cards, which makes me wonder if there’s a connection between the expiration of gift cards and the financial decision to stop selling them? EDIT/UPDATE: Michelle from Lotus called to inform me that she found my gift card, and it is not expired. It is valid until June 2027. I asked her to credit my credit card for the services and debit the gift card instead. She agreed and suggested that I remove this review. There was no explanation for the error.

First I would like to say the staff were all fantastic! They were all very nice and they seemed like one big family. The part I’m disappointed in are some of their policies; I received a manicure with gel nail polish (which you pay extra for) and it was peeling in 5 days. I called and inquired about having the nail fixed (which most places will do free of charge in a situation like this), but I was told the Lotus Spa “doesn’t guarantee their gel polish after two days.” That’s absolutely ridiculous… it’s gel polish, it should last more like two WEEKS. To me this indicates the business is more concerned about making money than building positive relationships with their clients. I will likely not have another manicure here, or at least not pay for the gel!
