As always TONY ROCKS!!! He's been my go to since Steven left , either him or Andy.. but if I have my choice it's Tony!!! Serenity Nails has been the best thing to come to Grafton so thankful for an amazing affordable nail salon so close to home!!!!

*TL; DR: Had such a great experience here—so much so that I plan to make this my go-to, regular nail salon moving forward. From the exceptional customer service to the quality of the gel manicure itself, I couldn’t be more pleased. (Re: quality: I’m now going on 2+ weeks with my mani looking great, and while that’s prob seen as standard, I’ve noticed lately that gel manicures I get from other places barely make it to two weeks). I also deeply appreciate that they didn’t pepper me with tons of personal questions—especially about my ethnicity and whether or not I am married, have children, plan to have children, etc., which typically happens ALL the time. They just let me relax and enjoy some quiet time. While I appreciate friendly chatter and getting to know folks, there’s something deeply soothing about being able to relax and be pampered, and they seem to get it. And as a bonus, the hand massage was also very good —which is half the reason I love to get mani/pedicures in the first place. Glad to have found this gem of a place and look forward to my next visit.

I love Serenity Nails. Jessica always does a wonderful job on my nails and the few times that Sophia has had to do them she had done a great job also. The environment and atmosphere is so welcoming and homey feeling. I don't go anywhere else.
