I have been a customer here for 5 years. The last three experiences have been disappointing. I regularly get gel but suddenly my nails were chipping and breaking. At the techs suggestion I tried dip. I wasn't happy at all. It was not a smoothie nail surface. Two days later they chipped and broke. I returned and another tech "fixed" it. 4 days later same issue so I returned today. My right thumbnail broke way down. The same tech as previously attempted to fix. However instead of adding a tip she merely filed the nail then covered it with gloss. My other nails are matte! I originally paid $65 plus tip. I didn't pay for the "repairs". I was too frustrated to speak up. I'll be looking for a new salon.

Absolutely love Natalie Nails & Spa! The salon is spotless, beautiful, relaxing, and the staff are so friendly. My nails turned out gorgeous as always! My girl Katie never fails me. The quality of her work is outstanding! My nails look flawless and I always get so many compliments any time she does them. The attention to detail is incredible. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I had two pedicures here and everything seemed fine, but on my third visit I noticed a black shadow on one of my toenails. When I looked closer, it was fungus! I have never in my life had nail fungus until coming here. I told the technician what I saw and mentioned that it looked like fungus, but she didn’t care at all—she didn’t even respond and just kept doing the pedicure. Even worse, I realized they do not sterilize their metal tools, and the nail files—as you can see in the photo—are extremely worn out. They use the same instruments on every client without cleaning them. This is absolutely disgusting and a serious health risk. I do not recommend this place to anyone! It could have been something far worse than fungus, but thankfully it wasn’t. Stay away from this salon!

Katie is a very talented manicurist. I loved the leaf design and color. She definitely knows her art. Natalie’s Nails is a beautiful salon and the staff is very accommodating. If I had any critique it would be that I would love it if Katie would be more conversational with her customer. She talked mostly in her language to the staff and I felt a bit ignored. Also the price was a bit of a shock as last time I had a design it was only 10 for 4 nails. Today it was 25. I understand that the art work was much more intricate, but it would be nice to at least let your customer know that it was going to be more expensive before the work was done. That way, I could make a more informed decision. Overall, I like Natalie’s nails and I will be coming back, I’m sure.

Had a wonderful experience with my daughter here today. They were accommodating, took their time, and did a wonderful job on her nails and my toes!
