I was nervous as I had not had a professional cut in 6 years. The whole experience was relaxing and informative. Katelyn took such great care to explain everything about my curly, fine hair and how to treat, care, style, and even dry my hair. My hair looks great and my confidence in caring for it is solid. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment very last minute, just about a day before. I didn't get to choose who my stylist was due to it being last minute but I am so happy I got Taylor! I came in hoping to get back to my natural color (blondeish/brown) after I had a friend bleach my hair, so I booked for a "base color"... Taylor explained everything to me that it was basically going to be a color correcting session, which would take longer than what we had originally planned (she had been there all day she said, was still in high spirits!). Long story short I am so happy with how it turned out! She was able to get my hair to all one even color and encouraged me along the way to trust her. I'm so happy I did. I would recommend Taylor to anybody. I am already making another appointment to come back to see her :)

Lauren is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to really listen and always delivers exactly what I’m looking for. Her talent, attention to detail, and professionalism make every appointment such a great experience. Not only does my hair look incredible every time, but she also makes me feel completely at ease and pampered. Ms. Mago knew exactly what my vision was and she was able to beautifully create what I was going for. My hair feels refreshed and she was super friendly, knowledgeable, showed me how to style my new hairstyle on my own, and recommended some products to use that were used on my hair during today's visit.
