TL Nails and Spa

In reply to the OWNER: My nails were done on MAY 2nd And ruined by May 4th. I have stamps of my photos that I am willing and able to upload. Own up to your mistake instead of telling lies, please and thank you. Furthermore, I have gotten my nails done for many years now, and they never ruin or break after 2 days of getting them done. _______________ I visited this salon on Saturday, and sadly, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. I came in hoping for my usual French tip, but they didn’t have the base color I typically use. The pink hue they suggested didn’t suit my skin tone and would’ve looked odd once my nails grew out. I asked for a reverse French instead, but that also seemed difficult for the nail tech to execute, so I settled for a solid color. While I was okay paying extra for one short nail, the quality just wasn’t there. The polish chipped by Sunday, and several more nails had broken by Monday. The ends weren’t sealed properly, and everything felt rushed. What really added to the frustration was the overall service. I didn’t feel welcomed by my tech, and I even had to ask for cuticle oil at the end. When she applied it, she was so rough that she hurt my finger, leaving a small open wound that was sore for two days. The owner was present during my appointment, but unfortunately, it didn’t seem to make a difference in the service quality. Whether my tech was inexperienced or just having a bad day, this visit left me disappointed, and I don’t plan to return.

I love TL Nail & Spa so much. Kim is EXCELLENT. She is the sweetest and so helpful and I will continue to come here for as long as possible. Everyone is so meticulous and talented -they give you a punch card too which is cool. always happy with their work ! 🩷 —————- Update : Kim Jay & TiTi worked on my nails and I am so happy! I've just recently changed nail salons and started coming to TL nails and they blow my last salon out of the water with quality & pricing. Mia has now done my nails the past couple times, and she really takes her time and gets what you want just right. I met the owner Kim tonight and she is super sweet. Both her & Mia are so friendly and really easy to have a conversation with because of that. I look forward to continue coming here 😊

Kim does a great job! Has lots of dip colors to choose from, is great at shaping natural nails, and I love my manicures from here!

I love this place. They did a beautiful job on my nails, the best nails Ive ever had actually! You can tell they actually care about how your nails look. Every employee was very nice and talkative and spoke good English. I have no complaints about this place. It’s definitely my new go to favorite nail salon. Prices are comparable to the area. 10/10 recommend this place.
