Carolanne is a fantastic stylist. I’ve been bringing my daughter here for over 3 years. Her kindness with a young child and her professionalism are top notch. She always listens to what we want, and my daughter leaves with a beautiful cut that lasts for months. She’s given great suggestions for products as well, without ever pushing the sale. The salon is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We love being repeat customers and will continue to be for many years.

I just had an amazing experience with Kay! After having a terrible experience getting a short (Bob) at another salon 2 years ago, I had been hesitant to get another haircut. I finally made an appointment with Kay at Premier, and it was the best decision!!! Kay took the time to listen to my request and made sure to understand what I wanted. Kay was meticulous and not rushed, which made my haircut a relaxing experience. I absolutely LOVE my new haircut and I will definitely come back to Kay for the next one! 10/10

I had an appointment for 11:15 AM that I made weeks in advance. I arrived at 11:10 and was told that the stylist would be with me shortly. I waited until 11:45 before I gave up and asked the receptionist to cancel my appointment. The receptionist did not apologize. She did not offer to check with the stylist to get an estimated time. She did not proactively let me know that the stylist was running behind. No. Apparently at this salon they just expect you to wait there on their uncomfortable little bench for 30 minutes past your appointment time with no explanation or apology. I understand delays happen and I would have been happy to wait if the receptionist had just proactively told me that the stylist was running behind and when I could expect her to be done so I could go out and grab a coffee or explore the farmer's market or something. But nope they just wanted me to sit there without a word for half an hour. Save yourself the headache and book your appointment at a salon that values your time.

Carol Ann is the best hairstylist I have ever had, she is intuitive when it comes to color, cut and styling. She is professional and no nonsense!

This salon and staff are exceptional. The salonists are very experienced and cater to all ages, genders, and hairstyles. They also have spa-type treatments available. I especially like everyone's pleasant demeanor, and the friendly atmosphere. I've been coming here since 10/31/24. The owner, Kelly, has been In business many years, is well-versed in hair coloring, styles, etc., but I especially appreciate that Kelly really listens to her clients to understand what their goals are for their hair. Being new to the state, I have enjoyed our many discussions on the area, places to visit, and great authors and books to consider. Thank you Kelly and your wonderful staff. See you soon!!!
