Luxury Nails & Spa

I thought based upon the photos on Google maps that they would offer amazing services at good prices. The reasons I am giving a one star review: 1. The length of time. 2. The quality of service. 3. The overall design. I came Sunday, December 7th around 2PM. They let me know there was going to me a 30 minute wait, that was fine with me. Once my nails were starting to be worked on the employee they would periodically get up to help other customers and would leave me waiting 5-15 minutes many times. They disrespected my time and that is not okay. I got out around 3:30-4:00PM. They didn't clean around my nails or work on my cuticles. They told me to save time it would be easier for them to go off of what the other nail salon did. The full set the other nail salon did? They removed the polish, buffered it, added new fill, buffered more with shape. It does not make sense why they would want to cut time on their end on doing a good job and then waste my time. They do not have a machine to suck up the dust coming and the dust is toxic to the lungs. The pro was the employee was nice enough to make small talk and offer me water. When the next employee came to do the nail gel and design, you can see with the photos how they did vs my inspiration photo. On top of that, the light from the machine is REALLY bad for your eyes and skin. She had me going in and out of the machine with every new add on for 30+ minutes with almost non-stop exposure. The other salons I've been to would not do it like that. They'll cover the light with a towel. They reduce exposure of your hands by doing all your nails fir one hand with the designs before putting it in. They got top clear polish on my skin and it burned when I put it in the machine. At the end I pointed out the sides of my nails and where they messed up the gel and they chose to file it out. They told me to apply lotion myself and then left me sitting there and went up to the front for me to pay. They legitimately didn't even tell me to have a good day. Overall, my experience with Luxury Nails & Spa, was bad. They need more safety regulations on their health practices for employees and for customers when dealing with toxic chemicals and toxic products. They need to train their employees on better customer service including nail gel/nail art. If an employee is not able to provide the design, communicate that to the customer and have someone else do it.

Have had incredible experiences here for years. My nails usually never hold acrylics for longer than a few days but sets from here last me for weeks! For my most recent set I showed them a picture and the design was replicated almost perfectly. High quality, great customer service, and reasonable pricing!

service here was fantastic! everyone was super sweet, i got full set acrylics and my friend got a pedicure! super happy with how my nails turned out, i'll definitely be visiting again soon! ☺️

I’m absolutely obsessed with Luxury Nails & Spa! As a self-proclaimed diva, I usually never make appointments, but somehow they always manage to fit me in within 5 to 15 minutes—which is a total lifesaver! Recently, I treated myself to an incredible 45-minute pedicure that was beyond relaxing. The atmosphere is just perfect, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. On top of that, they seamlessly moved me from the pedicure chair to getting my nails done without feeling rushed at all! I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time, yet I never felt like I was being hurried. The service is top-notch, and the vibes are just right—so calming and chic! If you’re in the West Olympia area, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't regret it!

I came to get my nails done today and the service was absolutely amazing they were very kind and did an amazing job with my nails. They look exactly like the inspo and it did not take that long overall an amazing experience and I will definitely be going back
