Nancy is the best. I was looking for a good nail artist for a long time. I kept trying new places until I did my mani and pedi from her. The best looking outcome ever. She made sure it looked thin and even just as I expected. I will continue to go to Nancy from now on.

I came here to get my nails done, and I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life. The lady doing my nails rushed the whole thing it barely took 30 minutes. She didn’t exfoliate my feet, my nails came out bubbly, crooked, and messy with polish all over my skin. She didn’t ask once if I liked them or even check her work. I was so disappointed I had to go somewhere else the same day to get them fixed because they looked terrible. I called to ask for at least a partial refund, which I think is more than fair, and instead they refused. It’s honestly ridiculous how careless and unprofessional the service was. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their clients.

i got acrylic nails done today and a pedicure done yesterday with my friend. all staff was so kind and made sure they spent the time making sure we were happy. my nails look amazing and im so happy with them. my last set lasted over a month definitely recommend this place:)

Best place to go for nails. Pedicure and manicure is the best I've had. All technicians are excellent I travel a lot so have tried different salons. CK is the best I've come across. Everyone is friendly. Extremely clean. Highly recommend CK Nail Salon.

It used to be a good experience when the previous owners were around. Someone is now filling for those owners and the lady is absolutely rude and doesnt know how to talk to the customers. I thought it was a one-off but having gone there twice recently with her presence, it's been nothing but disappointing. I can totally see the business going downhill if she stays in charge. It's very unfortunate because I've been going to ck for over a decade, and just one management change has ruined the experience. My friend and I walked out of here with work half done and went to Nail Studio in willowbrook as they were the only ones open at 6 pm close by. Their service, level of attention and the work took us by surprise. We were so happy. They were little bit cheaper in pricing, were faster with their work, and offered coffee which was so good. The place was cleaner and their hand washing sinks and all were so well sanitized with single use hand towels to wipe your hands after the wash. Ck instead has paper napkins (which is fine) but it states there "take one only". See the contrast? It was so worth it spending the money at Nail studio. In a way, I'm glad with whatever went down at CK as it forced us to try something new which we wouldn't have otherwise. In hindsight, it became the best thing ever. All my friends and I wont be returning here after decades of giving our business and money to this place. Giving 2 stars for other employees there who do their job right
