2025-10-07I went here over a month ago and was so excited to get my nails done for the first time in a long time. The guy kept using the dremmel on my cuticle area. It was burning so bad and I even said ‘ow’ a couple of times. Well, I just took one of the nails off and this is the outcome of him drilling my natural nail down as much as he possibly could. This really is not okay. No matter what. They also literally pull already used buffers and files out of their drawers. Never going here again.
