🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 — Absolutely amazing experience! I can’t say enough good things about Ricky — she is truly the best! Every visit is relaxing, professional, and my nails always come out flawless. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she somehow always nails (pun intended 😄) exactly what I want — whether it’s a classic look or fun nail art. The salon is spotless, welcoming, and she always makes me feel so comfortable and cared for. I constantly get compliments on my nails, and I always tell people to go see Ricky ! If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and makes you feel amazing every single time, this is your girl! 💅✨

Very disappointed. I repeated myself several times saying I wanted the old dip taken off so my nails can rest and recover. Some of it was taken off and the blue was applied right over that rose glitter dip. You can see where she tried to fill in the new growth. Yeah, you can’t do that. I was so upset when I wasn’t heard. I should have walked out. Just wanted a regular manicure. I went home and attempted to take that rose glitter off. Bought my own tools and did it myself. I gave them 3 stars because they are nice and pleasant. I sent them an email that they never responded to so that’s why I’m doing this review.

Really wanted to love my experience as I seldom get to get my nails done. I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. I paid for the $85 pedicure and during the service I was super happy. The massage was amazing. I got a full set and immediately after leaving I noticed that most of my nails are crooked or pointing directly up and they have no apex or are lumpy. My natural nail shape is not that way. The French tip is also not done evenly which makes them seem even more off. I went home and had to reshape my nails to be happy-ish. I was okay with ignoring that part until today. I woke up and my big toe is THROBBING, and there is growing redness around my toenail. I have a medical background but also just common sense that I now have an infection after the pedicure. I paid $210 after tipping for wonky nails and a trip to urgent care. Now I know you’re gonna ask me why I wouldn’t just go back and have them fix it- I considered going back for a polish change and reshape when I can find childcare, which would have been tomorrow. But now after my toe becoming infected I don’t want that to happen to my hands also. Staff was friendly, just wish I had a better experience as I literally never get to have my nails and toes done.

Bella Nails is truly the best in Gig Harbor. My daughter and I have been visiting every three weeks for the past year, and each experience has been wonderful. The staff is welcoming, talented, and always brings our nail ideas to life. Vincent and Viki are especially detail-oriented—their work is not only beautiful but also long-lasting.

Vincent does a fabulous job. He is always up for any challenge in design I bring him. Always smiling and kind. Hellen does one of the best pedicures I have ever had. She is gentle and thorough. I really love this place. The cleanliness and the kindness of the staff.
