Idy did an amazing job on my hair. I have had bad experiences at other salons before because people didn’t listen, but not here. The students listen and seek advice from their educators. I am beyond happy with the outcome and the overall experience. I need to make sure I get in again before she graduates.

I loved my experience here I got my hair done by Charisma she was very professional, nice, and funny she made small talk with me while also staying very focused on her work. I was nervous for a new hairstyle especially since my hair was going to be shorter she calmed my nerves and I ended up loving my hair. Would 10/10 recommend again.

You ever have those experiences that you wish was just a bad dream? I had an appointment yesterday, and when I came in I had blonde hair. It was pretty brassy and I wanted to go blonder. I used to be platinum and after a bad experience at another salon (I asked for a shadow root and I walked out with black hair) I have been working really hard to get back to blonde and getting my confidence back. The instructor advised that we wait a couple months after my test strand didn’t do to good. Which I completely understood! They asked if I wanted any other services, and of course I didn’t want to waste their time, I said a tone would be great. They went in the back to mix it up, and when she started to apply it, I was concerned when I saw it. I asked “this isn’t going to make my hair darker is it?” And she replied “no”. After the wash and when she was drying my hair, I couldn’t help but cry. It was brown. They tried to get as much out with a clarifying shampoo that they could but we all know that’s not going to do the job. I understand that they are learning but I know that the instructor put together the formula and I feel betrayed as bratty as that sounds. My confidence is in the dumper once again. I will not be coming back, after this experience I don’t care how much money I have to spend.
