This place is incredible. Seriously the NICEST people. I called this morning but they were too busy to get me in. A little back story: I started my day at a different salon as I was desperate for a fill/pedi and couldn't move work meetings. They left me sitting in a pedicure chair for over an hour while a bunch of walk ins came in and got their services done. I had to leave, pedicure not completed and no fill done. This afternoon I was able to call again to this wonderful place and they had an opening! Not only that but they fit in extra time to paint my toes too. I am SO grateful. Will absolutely be coming back. Thank you :)

These are the nicest people who can remember you from months ago, even if you've only been there once. The place is clean and they take their time. I bought my wife a gift certificate and she loved it too and she's very picky. I hope you all don't come here and make it too busy for me, but I had to not be too selfish of such a great spot. :)

9:30a they werent even open yet but they answered when i called to simply request service for their earliest time. She asked what I'd need done. I told her a acrylic fill and she comes back with 3:30p. If she was booked until 3:30p then why not just say that? Instead she ask what I need done & made me feel like ny service's were not a big enough $$$$ so after I told her what I wanted she said they were very busy today. Shameful . I get my nails done ALOT! I change colors as well as replace and repairs. I don't think I want to invest in a salon who's main goal is how much the are gonna make from me. You should do your fills and you should get to know your new clients and you should let them know that you're responsible and can be counted on to do a good job. And to be there when I need you. But when someone calls and tells You they need service done and you ask them what it is you want done before you'll tell me when you can book me and then when I tell you what I want done miraculously you're busy until 3:30. You had me feel as though the dollar amount wasnt enough for her to consider booking me now otherwise why wouldn't she just be straight forward. What do you think that tells me? Now let me tell you. You should take in your new clients with poor nail jobs and bad fills because those are your best clients. I get my nails done pretty regularly with gel. I'm a customer that likes my nails to look nice so I will come in and have the polished change or I will have designs put on or sometimes I even change my nails because it's time. But only if I have the time So this salon lost a very valuable customer. She was greedy!xa fill usually takes just a minute rather than a full set I could have been in and out but she didn't want to deal with me but I did find Somebody Else Close to me! I do live in Edmund's moved Here from Bellevue and I'll just take my business elsewhere and I'll make sure and let All My Friends Know just how good this salon was with working with new Future clients.

The ladies at Spa Ten20 ALWAYS do me right. I have gotten several manicures here, and have always gotten great, friendly service. They offer a lot of different nail art styles, including Cats' Eye on both acrylic and gel nails. All of the nail artists I've worked with here are extremely skilled and the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the quality of work received.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 10 years now and no other salon could ever compare. I always see Jenny and she is amazing! She takes care of my nails so well every time. Every lady here has actually done my nails and they are all amazing. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years- this is by far the best salon (which is why I have been a loyal customer for so long). They are not the type of salon to squeeze you in (definitely try to make an appointment) because they don’t want to rush their customers and they always provide the best possible service and experience. They take their time on pedicures, making sure your feet are being properly cared for and they actually give you a timely massage compared to other salons. I have had so many bad experiences with other nail salons in the past where I just felt uncared for and rushed to get out of there and then not being happy with my service. This is why I always recommend spaTen20- because they always do an amazing job. All the ladies here are so sweet and I always feel so welcomed every time I walk in the door or even make a call to them. They recognize their customers and treat them so well. Prices are affordable and you can get a small discount by paying in cash. I will never go to another salon! Here are just a few of the many manicures I have gotten from here. I get a shellac manicure every time. It’s gel polish on my real nails and they last weeks without chipping.
