Akira Nails

I got Gel X nails for the first time and Caroline was SO detailed and precise, it was beautiful to watch and I felt so taken care of! One of the best manicure experiences I've ever had. I had pedicure afterwards and it was so relaxing, the winter special was such a good deal for how pampered I felt. I love Akira Nails and highly recommend coming!

Only giving this a 4 start for right now since I've only been here once and when I got my nails done I was supposed to get a deluxe package that ended up becoming a basic package because they forgot. I will say that the quality of my gel nails had been fantastic! I work as a car technician and do heavy duty work with my hands every day and my nails have not chipped or scratched in the slightest(have had them for 2 weeks now hence the overgrowth)! I definitely will make plans to go back and use their services again and as I do so will edit my review as i as I see fit! Great clean and cozy space for those who don't like going to the big generic nail salons!

I’ve been going to Akira Nails ever since I moved to WA. I’ve always been particular with my nails and how they’re shaped. Caroline has helped me gain confidence in my nails and has helped them grow in a healthy manner. Her and her team always get my booking done whether it is online or on the phone. They are also communicative if there are any issues or a need to rebook. I read a review on here saying to “book online at your own risk” but if that risk is getting phenomenal nails and amazing service, I’ll take the risk any day. Definitely a place I recommend to all my friends ❤️

This salon is the best. The attention to detail and customer care is next level. The owner is super sweet and funny. Plus, they have excellent Chinese reality shows on the TV. 😊 Edit: we have recently been watching excellent Vietnamese reality shows. Update 12/4/2023: I was 30 entire minutes late to my appointment tonight and they were still kind to me and my holiday manicure is so cute!

I have been looking for a nail salon like this for a very long time. If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I have many reasons why this salon outshines all the others. First, the pedicures last at least an hour and they don’t rush the service. So many salons just want you in and out of the chair and out the door. That is not what happens here. You are offered water and other complimentary drinks when you arrive and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The best part of the salon is Caroline who spends time making sure the shape, design, and feel are exactly what you want and she does an amazing job. My last full set I got lasted FOUR weeks with no chips or breakage of any kind. They looked exactly the same except with growth. They probably would have lasted longer but I needed them short again for work. Often when I go to nail salons I never found consistency and it was always a 50/50 toss up if the nail tech could actually do what you want done based on an inspiration photo. Which is completely terrifying if you have an important event to attend. Caroline captures exactly what I want and I can’t wait to keep coming back to see what else she can do :) She’s a true artist! I recommend this salon 100%. Thank you for the service :)
