I would put negative stars if I could. I went to this salon and Anne or Annie was my tech. We pre-scheduled more than a week in advance and asked what time would work best for a bridal party of 5. 2 pedis and 5 manis. We scheduled for a Wednesday considering my wedding was the following Saturday for 4:30- they close at 5. It was their choice. They said first person shows up at 4:30 and they’ll get us all done. Considering most of us had been to this salon before, we didn’t really have any weird feelings. Well first person shows up at 4:30, and ends up waiting til the next person showed up at 5 and that’s when we started getting sat. I showed her 2 different pictures in which she said yes she can do. Well during my pedicure she starts prepping my fingers and applying the nails then brought me to her table where the next process began. At this point it was almost 6pm, then when it gets to painting she says no can’t do. No can’t do. So I end up settling on the 2nd picture. (First pic what I wanted). I go home and sleep in it and notice my cuticles were starting to hurt and I figured it was just cuz it’s been a while since I got acrylic. Well the longer I started the less excited I was to have them in my wedding photos forever cuz they looked grown out and were thick and lumpy. So I called to come get it fixed & they say to come at 4:30 AGAIN (at this point I realized they closed at 5) so I said i could do that as long as Anne doesn’t rush again. My sister told me that when the lady finished her nails, and this lady was one of the owners, she said “now I can go home and eat my dinner” rudely, possibly jokingly but then my sister in law told me the guy that was doing her nails asked her what colors and when she asked for a gold, he said he didn’t have it but she had gotten it there before and IRONICALLY enough that exact color was sitting right in front of them on his table and when she said “it’s right here” he tried to say “no I meant the rub kind” and pretty much gaslights her. So when I went back to get it fixed, I showed her my left hand which was most important and how it was lumpy and she rudely says “so you want a new design?” And I said “well I don’t want them thick, and pointing up” so she grabs my hand and starts grinding the gel polish off and waiting til it’s almost burning my nail to lift the machine off my hand and then nicked my skin THREE different times. So while she was in the middle of the service I asked her if I had to pay again for new polish and she said YES even though she was the one that rush and did sloppy work. So I decide I am going to take my business elsewhere and asked her to politely stop and she squeezes my hand and says no why? Side note: after paying for 2 pedicures and a manicure my total was $190 and I tipped her $40 because I am also in customer service. As I’m about to leave, the owner asked why I wasn’t satisfied and I said “because she can’t do any of the pictures I showed” and Anne stomps her foot, grunts and storms out. So I go over to sassy nails and they get me in and all polished and now that it’s been almost a week this is what they look like now. They aren’t itchy so it’s not contact dermatitis (I hope ) but I feel like Anne is not someone you should trust with your nails. Cherry on top was the second time she nicked me, she also nicked her nail and she Has the audacity to stop doing my nails to check hers. I am making this post now because my fingers hurt so bad and I feel like she did it on purpose because this has NEVER happened before. Stay away from here!! They need to go out of business or start doing better! Last two photos are today. 6 days later.

I enjoyed my time here and am satisfied with the quality and appearance of my nails afterwards. The nails were mostly uniformed (exception being the middle, ring and pinky finger nails on my left hand were slightly longer than the ones on my right). When my cuticles were pushed back to obtain a neat look, the nail technician drew a bit of blood, which isn’t uncommon, but shouldn’t occur. Symmetrical looks are hard to obtain, and the rest of my family (with arguably more elaborate nail services) had wonderful experiences. I believe that my personal experience doesn’t encompass the quality that this salon provides. I also wish to mention that the salon was busy this Friday morning. Despite that, the nails for my family came out exactly as desired, and we were treated kindly.

After trying a few places, I finally gave Blossom a shot — and I’m never looking back. My nail tech was seriously meticulous — we’re talking surgeon-level precision here. She shaped my acrylics beautifully, and the French tips? The lines were so crisp and clean, I half expected them to be laser-cut. Everyone was super friendly, the salon was spotless and gorgeous, and the whole vibe was calm but elevated. Much better than the surrounding salons, specifically the one down the road, I had been going to. I almost always felt super rushed and the work was shoddy. I always had to file and fix them when I got home. Not here! I walked out extremely pleased with the work Kimberly did. 💜

I went in with short broken nails and Snow gave me hybrid gel. I do a lot of yard work including cutting and managing my firewood. My hands get dirty greasy and in general used roughly. She patched me up with acrylic nails and once my own Nails grew out they were safely protected with the hybrid gel. I have been doing this since April of this year. It is nice to have nice nails where before polish lasted maybe 4 hours and the other gel maybe lasted 2 days. The hybrid gel lasts me 4 weeks.
