2025-08-27Nails Spa US is hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to. They use quality products and the polish lasts way longer than other places I’ve tried. The salon is beautifully kept and has such a calming vibe. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. If you’re looking for top-notch service and gorgeous nails, this is the place.

2025-11-10I Will not go back. They were very rude to me when I smeared a nail while drying it. I have never had so much pain having acrylics put on. My fingers twisted in ways they shouldn't. I have so much glue under my nails that they are painful now hours after having them done. I have had my nails done many times. I have never experienced this type of service at any nail salon before. Under my nails were cut from all the glue, 8 cuts to be exact. This is so painful. painful! I

2025-07-20I’ve had two pedicures here so far! Both times have been great. Each time, the nail technician took their time, were gently with my feet, and they were kind. I was at the chair for a total of an hour each time with the standard pedicure. I highly recommend.

2023-06-24I have tried a lot of different nail salons here in the Tri-Cities, and in my opinion, this one is the best of them all. The owners are so kind and welcoming. They're the one's who will actually be doing your nails as well. If you have a medical condition such as diabetes then this is the best place to come get your nails. I have never been to such a hygienic nail salon. I'll be coming here to get my nails done as long as they'll have me! 😅😁
