I’ve been coming to Be Chic Nails every two weeks for over three years, and the service has been exceptional every single time. I get acrylics, shellac, and pedicures, and the quality is consistently amazing. The staff is so friendly and truly cares about their clients — they make you feel like family. The salon is spotless and absolutely adorable. I honestly have nothing negative to say. This place is a true 5‑star experience.

This is my go to nail salon after testing out so many in the Bellevue area! I am someone who always has my nails done and has gone to tons of salons. The techs here are all so skilled and detail oriented and really care that they are executing what you want. I have been happy with all of my pedicures and manicures and especially love the work done by Tina. She is SO good at nail art and knowledgable about nails and provides recommendations and suggestions that still suit everyone’s style. I know this because I have taken several of my friends and family members here and she is always super helpful and mindful of people’s different needs and desires. My boyfriend even knew how much I loved Tina’s work and made me an appointment with her before proposing to me! I always get compliments on my nails and always feel confident recommending this salon.

I have been at many nail salons around here and I’m glad I finally find the one. Girls have done an amazing job on my nails. I get lots of compliments. Vi and Tanya are my favourites. Very professional and they know what they are doing. The saline itself is very clean and cozy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is definitely not a place for reoccurring clientele to be able to trust. I’ve gone here multiple times to get my nails done. The first time one of the nail techs made some errors on my nails and keep trying to do quick fixes (like over filing to “even” a nail that was put on uneven which leads to it looking disproportionate with the rest of the nails). They had another girl do my nails who tried to take another client first when I had already been there for 2 hours. They even tried to get me to come back another day when they knew I had an event I wanted them done for the next day. And on top of that it was causing me physical pain because it was pressing into my nail bed. I’m not going to leave it on. After having to redo a nail they messed up the design and tried to paint the base coat over it instead of filing it and redoing the base coat and nail art to make them even colors at the end. This is a very lazy approach. A got another set of nails after this. I got french tips. They were ok (still uneven) but I was really busy that day and didn’t have time to get them fixed. I’m a content creator and have my hands in videos for work everyday so having cute nails in my jewelry making is very essential to the quality of my videos. They know this. The next time I went I got a soak off, gel x, and french tips. They tried to cram my appointment into the last hour they were open. That’s not enough time to do all of those services. I mentioned that and they said they would take me earlier. I was 10 minutes late and they told me they couldn’t do my French tips. I even let them know I would be late on my way there. They said they would still take me. I told them if I couldn’t get French tips I wouldn’t get my nails done. So they agreed to do it. I told them I wanted to do short nails and she kept saying I should go longer to make my fingers look skinnier. I asked her if she was trying to say my hands were fat and she said it’s ok we can’t all be perfect. Like what? People come here to have a relaxing and nice experience not for you to try to make them feel bad about themselves and the set they want. I can understand recommendations, but making people feel bad about that bodies as someone who provides beauty services is crazy. And that’s coming from a professional in the beauty industry. It’s my job to uplift my clients, pamper them, and have them walk out my door feeling confident with a smile on their face. Once she starts doing my french tips she keeps making them super uneven and I was having her correct it. She stayed later to correct it which i appreciate, but also expect as I am paying for a set of nails and if a mistake is made, it should be corrected. Some people might not care about that but I do. She did accomplish making them more even and I was satisfied with them. I call today to make an appointment and let them know who I was and that I was looking to book a full set with French tips. She said she had no availability today, I asked if she had any tomorrow and she said no, then I asked if they had availability next week and she asked what day, so I said your next available appointment, she said this is Hailey right and told me I was too picky and if I wanted to do a solid color I could but they wouldn’t do nail art on me because I too picky. This is so unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this nail salon if you want them to care about the quality of nail art and not get treated poorly for letting them know if you’d like something corrected. She was able to accomplish the look I wanted to previous time I went to her. She just said it took too long so she wouldn’t do it. My removal and full set took 2 1/2 hours the last time I went. That’s pretty standard. I asked to speak to the manger and she said she was the manager. I also asked to speak to the owner and she said she was the owner after previous referencing the owner during my appointments referring to someone else. I also always tip. Definitely not worth it.
