Great nail salon! I moved to Richmond a little over 2 years ago and have been STRUGGLING to find a nail salon that I love. I wanted some place that did gel-x, could do designs, last minute appointments, and wasn’t charging an arm and a leg! Thankfully I found 425! It hits all those boxes and more. The vibe at the salon is amazing and Jo does a great job on my nails. I’ve gotten so many compliments on each set I’ve gotten. I’d highly recommend giving this salon a visit if you’re in need of some gorgeous nails.

I booked a last minute appointment with Johanna for a polish change. She did a great job and paid attention to detail. Also because she had the availability, she was able to squeeze me in for a gel x fullset. She listened to what my needs were and provided a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience, will definitely book again.

Came here to support a black business and it was a nice vibe in there. Within 2 days, my nails popped off as if they were press ons. When I got them fixed, they charged me…..when I can back to get a new full set (because the rest of my nails popped off) I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. I got my nails done & didn’t check the quality of the shaping intensely because I assumed the owner would provide quality work. When I got home I realized that my nails were all different sized and shapes. I called to cancel the appointment I made for the future and expressed my dissatisfaction….nothing, no accountability or care for the complaint. Never will come here again.

I had my first appointment here with Christine (she introduced herself as Chris, but giving her full name so you can book her) this morning. The shop is beautiful, the vibe is calm and uplifting, everything was clean and organized but best of all, Chris was professional, friendly and I am so happy with the result. I am happy to spread the good word. On a weekday I had lots of parking options along Franklin Street. Adding after being a client for some time now, I so appreciate this special place where I can feel taken care of in a relaxed environment where I know that the services are top notch. I now am working with Danica and she is highly recommended.

Danica was so friendly and attentive to my needs. I loved the color that she recommended to me. She did an amazing job - from shaping my nails to painting them. The salon was very clean and chic. I am ready for the summer!
