After being burned at another Suffolk salon I tried out City Nail Spa. When I tell yall I haven’t stopped smiling!! I’m in love with my nails

The reason for my poor review was the nails were NOT what I wanted after telling the nail man I did NOT like them.. I told him the color I wanted the moment i sat down, he said I got you and proceeded to do a different dip acrylic when I only wanted gel, and different nesquick pink and the proceeds to quote me $30 more dollars than i originally was told, I said I’m not paying for all acrylics on my toes when i clearly said at the beginning , I only wanted them on 2 toes per foot, he again ignored my wishes and did more . So eventually after back and forth, he said he’ll do it for original price . His choice to do that, not mine. He refused to undo them at the EARLY stages of the process, blaming the poor work on my “crooked toes”, he kept telling me to wait as if they’d look better after he did some things to them— they did not. One already came off within that week of getting them done prior to me going on a trip and the applications was awfully done.. I can lift the nail off my nail bed and put floss in between .. it should not do that at any point. Which is a health concern for water to get in between and cause fungus or worse conditions. He proceeded to keep asking me if I was okay knowing I had many times voiced I did not like them and he put in no effort to do all he could to make it better just talked in his language and rolled his eyes to the others, it’s like he didn’t want to take the time to redo it CORRECTLY. I normally don’t get my nails done but I wanted to treat myself for my birthday as a gift of pampering and relaxation and I left with stress, anxiety and ugly nails. Would never go back. ** I never write reviews so you can understand just how bad this experience was for me to write this . Thank you god bless
