November 7, 2025 I took my grandson to get his hair cut and also myself a 2 inch trim off the bottom. It was a total of $48 + I gave a $10 tip—$58. I got home and seen the back of my hair and Ashley (the stylist) who did my hair left a big portion at the bottom that wasn’t cut. I called the salon and ask to speak to Ashley to explain the situation. She conveniently had stepped out, said the lady who answered the phone. I explained situation to her which she took a note for Ashley to return a call to me. Ashley did not return a call to me, Zack called the next morning and left voicemail for me stating he could redo my hair. Everyone makes mistakes, I wasn’t mad just wanted it taken care of. Really poor customer service that Ashley didn’t have the common courtesy to give me a call back—especially since it was her mistake. The gentleman that did my grandson’s hair did excellent! I’m attaching a pic!

Ashley cut my hair that I had been growing out for 4 years and she did great! She kept it friendly by chatting while she’s cutting and it didn’t take but 20-25 minutes! I had a 24-25 inch ponytail and I was in and out for $22. Not bad at all!

I have never had a good experience with Smart Styles until today! Zack knows exactly what he is doing and is very accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone that struggles like I do with letting the wrong ones ruin your hair! Keep it up Zack! Awesome Job!

I was very pleased with the friendly mess of the staf that waited on me. Also a big Thanks to Autumn for doing my shampoo, cut, and style. You did a great job with my cut even though I didn’t have a picture of how I wanted the back cut!!
