Amazing, amazing, amazing! Richard did my nails today. I’m so happy their new location is so close to me now. Everybody is so welcoming when you walk in and they really pay attention to what you want but also will offer suggestions too. The salon is so clean and cozy. Definitely make your next appointment here!

This salon is consistently wonderful. The staff is warm, accommodating, and always attentive to the details that make mine and my daughters’ nail designs look flawless. Every visit feels relaxing, and we leave impressed with their work each time.

Richard is the best of the best. After moving to Virginia at the beginning of this year, I went to 5 different nail techs before finding Richard, and his work leaves me beyond satisfied every time. He pays close attention to detail and brings your vision to life with near perfection. I’ve gotten dip and gel manicures & regular and gel pedicures and have been happy with all of them. The salon is modern, clean, and bright, and the whole team creates a positive and lively atmosphere through their kindness and laughter. It is an absolute pleasure going to Royal’s Nails and I’m excited to continue coming back. 10/10 recommendation!

I went in on a Sunday for a pedicure and was greeted right away. Even without an appointment, I was taken in immediately, which I really appreciated. My nail tech was very friendly and kept me laughing the whole time. I chose the second pedicure option and added a paraffin wax. While the conversation was enjoyable, I honestly just wanted a relaxing pedicure with a good massage. Instead, he spent a lot of time painting my nails and very little time on the massage. When I got home and looked more closely, I wasn’t satisfied—the color didn’t look right, and I noticed my toenails were cut crooked. The next morning I called, and Richard answered. He was so kind and told me to come back so they could fix it. I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service! He straightened everything out, and I left extremely satisfied.

Lily was great! My acrylic full set looks amazing! She Takes her time and the shape is amazing and it’s exactly what I asked for. She’s very kind.. Will definitely be back. Richard is Funny and he keeps the atmosphere lively. 10 out of 10!
