Vacation ruined thanks to Angel Nails & Spa!!! I’m really not sure why but when I first arrived it took the staff awhile to start on me even though they had me sitting in the pedicure chair for about 20-30 mins before starting on me. She said she would be right back but took 20-30 mins to return from the back. Something kept telling me to leave……but I didn’t listen. While my pedicure was in progress, my attention was taken away because my phone rang. So while I wasn’t paying attention, the technician racket the side of my toe with the cheese grater which is shown in the attached photos. I’m Not sure why she used the grater because I just had a pedicure less then 2 weeks prior and I had nothing on the bottom of my feet that showed the tech that the grater was needed. Which ultimately resulted in having a hole/wound on my toe that bled for the next few days (while on vacation). Not to mention that I went here one day before my cruise to the Bahamas to get a pedicure and I was very excited to go on my first cruise. However it was not enjoyable because I could not get my foot wet, I could not participate in any excursions, it was painful to walk on (see last video attached) (the sand was not hot at all, it was soft and very easy to walk on normally but my foot was painful to walk on at that time) and I also had to keep trying to place and replace waterproof bandages on my toe to prevent sand and etc from getting into the hole on the side of my toe caused my the cheese grater. It was quite miserable to say the less. The tech did not charge me, but rightfully so. My entire vacation went down the drain🤦‍♀️ all because I chose to come to this nail salon the day before my vacation.

Great place! I’ve been here twice, once for a gel mani/pedi and I just got an ombré dip manicure and it looks amazing. Staff is nice, good communicators, and professional. You can book without calling which is also really convenient & the prices are also affordable. This is the only place I’m going to from now on.

Diane did the most amazing job on our nails for my wedding!! She and her team took care of the whole group of us. Our nails turned out beautifully, and the whole experience was just so fun. We all got mani pedis, and even though we all have very different styles, we all left feeling beautiful 🥰 Highly recommend!!!

Diane was wonderful she took me as soon as I walked in took off my set and gave me a new one and she freestyle my design that I fell in love. Comfortable setting and the service was done at a great time! I will definitely be back again

I have been going for a few months and have liked it. I’ve mostly been satisfied with my nails and loved the pedicures. The past few times I’ve gone I’ve been spoken down to/they’ve been extremely rude. It’s made it hard to feel comfortable or excited to go get my nails done. Just not the place for me anymore!
