I had the best appointment with Ella! I saw her name in reviews several times and booked my first appointment a few weeks ago. I had the best time so I returned today and she didn't disappoint! Gave me everything I wanted for holiday nails!

Do not go anywhere else. I have found my nail soul mate….shot out to Khem. He is the best. Saffron nails does such a great job. I drive 45 minutes one way just to go to this salon. You will not be disappointed. They also have a location in Midlothian if it is closer for you.

8/16: Lis, did another excellent job on the nails as usual. Awesome and very talented individual. Thanks Great atmosphere and so relaxing and calming each time when I have visit. Great salon & great techs who know what they're doing. Lis did my nails & they are literally perfect! Shes amazing! Highly recommend!

Update : The owner’s response is full of false claims. I paid my deposit, came alone, and never asked for anything free. My pedicure was sloppy (photos shown), and when I politely requested a fix, the tech and owner became defensive and refused. I left because the situation felt uncomfortable, and since then they’ve repeatedly called and texted me instead of taking accountability. It’s also disappointing that the owner accused me of “wanting free service” a harmful stereotype often directed especially when we speak up about poor service. That was completely uncalled for. Again, like previously mentioned money is the last of my issues. Their unprofessional behavior and misleading comments here speak for themselves. (They have since deleted their original comment back to me on here, but I will include it in the pictures) Original: This was one of the most shocking, embarrassing, and deeply disappointing salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged me..even with someone sitting right at the front desk. That alone wasn’t a huge issue, because I truly just wanted to get serviced and move on with my day. But the pedicure itself was below mid. The polish was lumpy, uneven, patchy, and sloppy (photos attached). When I politely pointed it out, the tech became defensive and blamed the “shape of my toes” instead of taking accountability for the rushed work. The owner supported her without actually listening to me. I calmly asked if she could fix it, or if someone else in the salon could..nothing rude. For whatever reason, this seemed to irritate her even more, which confused me because I simply wanted my toes done correctly. Then things got worse. They tried to charge me $55 for a “deluxe pedicure” and refused to provide an itemized receipt before I paid. It felt dishonest and like they were trying to take advantage of me. My pedicure wasn’t even completed. I ended up removing the wax myself and getting up to pay because they kept going back and forth instead of helping me. There were multiple people in the salon, and I’m a very shy person, so I just wanted to quietly resolve the situation… even though I didn’t even have polish on all of my toes. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that I was treated differently because I didn’t look like the other customers. I work extremely hard, and money is not an issue for me however, i refuse to pay for poor service and blatant disrespect. Another important detail is they offer customers $5 off for 5-star reviews, which explains the misleading high rating (see photo). Please keep this in mind before trusting the reviews here. I left feeling upset and disrespected. I will not be returning and I strongly recommend that others avoid this place as well.
