2025-11-15Haircut was inexpensive. BUT my hair is uneven, way shorter than I asked (sobbed about that when I got home), and the whole time it looked and felt like she was just haphazardly cutting without any intention. She didn’t check to make sure it was even on both sides or in the back, she didn’t cut the layers effectively. I should have known with the urgency that it was going to be terrible, but I paid $38.00, so I guess you get what you pay for and I accept that. UPDATE: Amy, the manager, reached out and offered to have an experienced stylist fix my hair. She offered to do anything to make sure I feel better about the situation. While I am not comfortable with anyone touching my hair again, I am so so grateful that she seemed truly apologetic and filled with empathy.
