Ruby Nails and Spa

I decided to stop into Ruby Nails about six months ago, and it has been my go-to salon ever since! Dani is absolutely phenomenal! Her attention to detail is unmatched. I typically get a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a gel pedicure, and my nails always come out absolutely beautiful, especially my most recent visit - they look flawless! The salon is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming, with an impressive selection of gel polish colors (including my favorite brand, DND). The pricing is extremely fair, and the service is consistently excellent. I also appreciate the complimentary refreshments. My last visit included a refreshing specialty drink, which was a fun surprise! If you’re in the area and looking for a salon, I highly recommend Dani and Ruby Nails!

I recently visited Ruby nails, and only have great things to say. As soon as I arrived I had to check in and was seated immediately. Lee took care of me and she was amazing. I told her what I wanted and she did exactly that. It was my first time and not my last, I only needed an acrylic fill in with a cut down. I knew what color I wanted but wasn't sure of the number, but Lee searched and compared 2 similar colors and we chose the correct one. She was precise, clean, added oil and gave me an awesome hand massage at the end. The final price was $50 which is less than what I was expecting to pay.

I've been going to Ruby Nails for about a year and a half now. DANI is my nail tech and she does an awesome job! When I come for a fill- in ( usually 3 weeks later) my nails are still in perfect shape and look amazing! She loves what she does and it shows everytime! The shop is always clean, organized EVERYONE is always friendly, kind and helpful!

I am editing this review to reflect the exceptional professionalism and customer service displayed by their manager, John. He reached out to me personally to rectify the situation. He never tried to dismiss my concerns about my first experience, and he painlessly and meticulously fixed my nails to turn a bad manicure into a perfect one. He was incredibly kind and attentive, and I will be rebooking visits with him in the future. Thank you, John! I debated posting this but felt I needed to share with others. I had the worst manicure experience of my life here today. I came in wanting a simple dip manicure on my birthday—one solid color, nothing special. I work in surgery and require short, natural nails. My service took two hours, resulted in multiple bleeding fingers to the point of her using neosporin in place of a cuticle oil at the end. She applied six coats of dip powder/nail polish paying little attention to the edges, and used a drill to poorly even out the nail bed and essentially burn off my cuticles. She was a very nice woman who I will not name, but the service I received was unacceptable. I paid $50 for something that cannot be fixed right away as my fingers are raw and nails have been filed down to the beds.

Best nail salon! Best customer service! I’m here every 2 weeks and it’s always packed with customers! My nail tech is Dani and she’s the BEST of the best! I’ve been seeing her for years for manis and pedis. I have to keep my nails short for work and am very particular about them, Dani does it perfect every time! Shes a perfectionist and brilliant artist if you’re into nail art and designs! Shes also a sweetheart. They also have a great points system for discounts and give you a discount on your birthday! You also get complimentary drinks I highly recommend the mimosas! Treat your self!! They also have a special if you go before 2pm you get a discount! They’re the best!
