Top Ten Nails

My experience at Top Ten Nails was great. Jay was very nice, soft spoken and went out of his way to get to know me. He executed the design on my nails very well and made sure it was to my liking. He even thanked me for coming in. They also have multiple ways to pay for your service. You can pay by card, cash, cashapp, etc. Over all a great experience

I came in for a spa pedicure today and had Annie as my technician and unfortunately left very disappointed. My service lasted only about 14 minutes, and it did not feel like a true pedicure experience. My feet were never soaked, there was almost no attention given to my heels or the sides of my big toes, and the massage portion was only a couple of minutes on each leg. Never once massaged my feet. I even had to ask for basic steps like cleaning out the toenails and addressing a small ingrown. Annie didn’t clean up the polish off my toes and left lotion on the back of my leg. Didn’t file my nails after polish dried. For $45, I expected a thorough pedicure focused on the feet and toenails—not just a quick paint job. I work hard for my money and don’t mind paying for quality service, but this did not feel worth $45, let alone the $65 I was quoted with gel polish. This was my first visit, and I had hoped to make this my regular spot, but unfortunately the rushed service and lack of attention to detail left me very frustrated. I hope you take this feedback seriously, because clients deserve the full experience when they book a spa pedicure. My sister’s nails look beautiful and she’s the one who referred me.

This was my first time here and I’m so happy I discovered Top Ten Nails! I went as a walk in and did not have to wait at all! I wanted Sukuna inspired nails for a cosplay I was doing and Pauline killed it! I got so many compliments. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in years since I was in the military and I’m so happy that I have a place I can go to. Thank you so much!

For the past 2 years I’ve been going here for all my full sets and pedicures. I trusted Jay with my wedding nails and he did not disappoint and was very thorough! They do amazing work here; I’ve gotten my pedicures and nails done by the entire staff!

I go here regularly and I love my nail every time!!! Definitely recommend to anyone, they are able to do great designs and they look just like the photo you would show too!!
