Best place to get nails done. Everyone is patient and attentive and very kind! I couldn't be happier with the cute design I got this time but they always do a good job.

Should be zero stars. Bad experience from the first phone call until....well, looking at my nails, it's still bad. I told them when I called that I was very particular, and said I could go elsewhere if they were concerned about that. I have a wonderful technician at another shop but I forgot to make my appt. when I left 3 weeks ago and he stays booked for 2-3 weeks, back-to-back. He couldn't work me in, unfortunately. This shop is expensive and the technician took twice as long than the same type service elsewhere. Waste of time and money here. Expensive also. I'm more than happy to pay well for good service, and I didn't complain about the price but it was steep and if I paid by time it took, it was because she was slow and I'm not quite sure she knew what she was doing. I was there almost 2 hours just for my hands. And it was nothing special. My actual nails are hanging out from under what the technician did. I'll post photos but not sure if you can see the issue. Tried to sum up this shop review but no time to go through the entire scenario, and it would be a novel. Just say no.....

Relaxing and efficient service. Lisa reapplied dip to my nails and they are beautiful. I will definitely return! ***Update***10.7.2024 My sister visited last weekend and loved her nails (dip manicure) but was charged $6 extra at checkout for having her nails filed! Wth. Isn't that part of the service? I won't return.

I am a busy mom of two small children. Getting my nails done every few weeks has become my self care. Peony has a very relaxing atmosphere and lots of colors to choose from. Jennifer always does a fantastic job with my dip manicures. She takes her time to ensure my nails look great. She also always asks about my kids. :) Would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a lovely, calming mani or pedi experience!

This is a beautiful, clean, newly renovated nail spa that just opened with a new team in Fair City Mall shopping center (next to the ABC store). They have purchased top of the line pedicure massage chairs and manicure stations and their selection of SNS is some of the best in Fairfax! My SNS was done by Vincent, who I’ve been seeing for years, whose work is immaculate and lasts longer than anyone else I’ve ever seen. He’s trained everyone in this spa and you can’t go wrong!
