2025-11-12I use to come to this salon regularly. A couple nail techs are very talented designers. Hanna and Peggy were my favorite. Hanna is very sweet and is awesome at freestyle designs and matching pictures. Im not sure if Peggy still works there but she was awesome at marble freestyle design. I'm giving them a 4 star because of a couple bad experiences I've had there with other technicians. I came in as a walk-in one day and felt extremely rushed. The tech said my design requests were too complicated for the amount of time we had so I had to go with something basic. She then used a nail drill to remove old product, and in the process drilled too much causing my natural nail to break. Then after she was done there was no one waiting or scheduled with her. A couple times I went, I felt very judged on my indecisiveness and their energy felt very impatient. If I found something was wrong with the shape and I pointed it out, their whole demeanor would change and they'd stop talking to me. Unfortunately, this is why I stopped coming here.

2025-09-14This is our second trip to Hollywood nails and it’s been wonderful each time. They are amazing with our requests and do a great job making my daughter feel extra special. They have artists who are fantastic at designs and bringing your vision to life. Very clean and very kind. I recommend making an appointment!

I recently worked with Natalie and she did an incredible job on my nails. I gave her an idea and she just rolled with it, creating such an amazing set.
