I came with a vision and it was brought to life! They always do an amazing job and whatever designs I ask for. I started with short dip nails about a year ago and now my real nails have grown to this length and I get acrylic overlay and gel polish. I work as a bartender and my nails always withstand the abuse I put them through. Gel pedicures last over a month.

I’m disappointed with the service I received during my $50-$70 deluxe gel pedicure. My nail tech rushed through the entire process in about 15 minutes, and before I even had the chance to mention the nail polish application, she was already working with another client. I didn’t have the chance to even ask if it can be re-applied or just touched up. I’m genuinely tired of not receiving the same type of care and attention that other adults seem to get. I went with my mother, and she had a wonderful experience with her technician, who really took her time with both her manicure and pedicure. I wish I had received that same level of service.

How do you not have someone waxing brows everyday when the business is opened? Since this new owner the business has gone down hill. The new owner has an attitude and isn’t customer service friendly. She just seems like she wants money and even when I sent my mother for pedicure and manicure they didn’t do it correctly and I paid extra for not just a basic pedicure. The only person I can say is Haley who does a great job and customer service friendly. Also when Hannah was here she had great and amazing customer service.

Review UPDATE: someone reached out to me and asked me to come back to have my nails fixed … they look much better and I will change my rating to 3 stars because of the effort… I’ve been on a search for a nail salon where I feel that when I leave, I’m happy I’m satisfied with my nail and unfortunately, this was not my place. I’m not sure if it was the technician capability to do what I asked or if this is the norm for their service there overall the atmosphere was clean and everyone was friendly very nice however my nails turned out not so great. My pedicure was good but my dip manicure looks like I have five different layers of powder and polish on I guess the positive as my nails won’t break but they look disgusting in my opinion. I don’t know if I’ll go back however it was worth a try the first time I had to correct the chrome that they used on my fingers because it didn’t match the picture that I showed them even though I showed them a picture they were not able to do it. I wish that salons would just say no we can’t do that instead of attempting to do it and then not doing it. Well, my nails are not all shaped correctly so they’re all mismatched however you wouldn’t know unless you looked at them closely again I don’t know if this is a standard for quality of service. However, I will not be returning, especially when I paid $180 just to have a pedicure and a dip full set without a manicure. My search continues … below are pics of what I asked for and what I got …

Not only was Hailey quite rude with me, but she was being extremely rough! I’ve NEVER bled before and I’ve gotten at least a dozen professional manicures and this was by fast the worse experience! Not to mention my right thumb looks terrible and the colors don’t match. I’ll stick to Fantastic Nails ever they actually care and at kind to their clients.
