2024-02-23This is my second time experiencing the salt cave, it’s very relaxing, calming & I felt better after my 45 min session. You should wear white socks for the salt cave with comfortable clothing. There are many benefits to salt caves. I tried the oxygen, I’ll definitely be doing it again, I took 30 mins but you can take less or more. They have packages if you like. I felt rejuvenated afterwards & relaxed at the end. They were very friendly, helpful and offered me a complimentary beverage. There’s a hair salon, massage amongst other things. They sell salt lamps, jewelry, stones, hair products & more. I can’t wait to go back. If you’re hungry afterwards, check out Black Flannel for good food, cocktails & beer. Ciao!
