2025-07-24I had a very unfortunate experience at this salon in which my hair was damaged by bleach and my hair was not colored properly. They did ask me to come back to look at my hair and offered to recolor it, which I allowed them to do. They told me it wasn't damaged, but it was and they did not want to admit to it. I requested refunds a second time after the color fell out a second time and that my scalp was still hurting, and was told by the owner I must have sensitive skin because she noticed red marks on my face when I came in. The red marks on my face are a birthmark. How insulting. I've been coloring my hair for 20 years, and have never had an experience like this. Steer clear. For picture reference, my hair is down to my shoulders. These are only two example sections where my hair started breaking off since my hair was done in June.

They have a tiered system where stylists who have more training and education are a little more expensive but can offer you more experience which I think is a very nice approach to their business model

2021-09-24I got a hair cut and express keratin treatment with Megan and it was AWESOME. Megan really took her time to make my haircut perfect. She listened to what I wanted, was attentive, and detailed! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made me look EXACTLY like that hair cut! I went from long hair to a short bob.If you're looking for a bob and want clean lines and attention to detail I highly recommend seeing Megan! I felt really safe, heard, and beautiful in her chair and will be going back to see Megan when I need a trim!
