2025-10-13Unfortunately this was the worst nail experience my friend and I have ever had. We called for a last minute appt and they were available, so we went over. While friendly, they actually have no business painting nails. 1. They did not soak off our existing gel, they power-filed it off completely. 2. While painting, they used way too much polish and did not clean up before curing, thus leading to chunky, uneven, messy coloring. 3. The nail polish was old and of poor quality. It painted on unevenly, the texture was off, and it’s splotchy/bumpy. Coloring is splotchy and uneven. 4. My friend had a tip added to a broken nail and the tip was never shaped, so it looks awful. 5. We got our nails done yesterday and most of them cracked and chipped within an hour of leaving the salon. 6. The filing is uneven, and the nail shapes are not consistent. 7. I could go on, but you get the paint. Please see my pictures and videos for details. Overall, I think that in order to run a successful business, you have to be good at said business. The staff needs training. The products need to be replaced and upgraded. Do not go here. It is so disappointing that we paid over $45 and we have to go get our nails redone immediately because they look horrible. 0 stars but Google won’t let you choose less than 1.

2025-07-20I just think it’s too much money, she had already started my daughter’s nails when she actually told me the price and asked me if that was ok. I mean, yeah, I guess that’s ok, since you’ve already started working on her. Smdh! Sneaky if you ask me. I took her there a while ago and did not spend even close to what I spent on her nails today. I definitely am taking this as a lesson learned and invest in the gelx nail kits to do my daughter’s nails from now on. There is no way I could afford to keep up with this luxury service.
