I had an evening appointment on November 4th for highlights with a student stylist. I fully understood it was a learning environment and came in with realistic expectations — I’ve mentored new professionals myself and truly support the process. That said, this experience was unacceptable. The appointment ran up until closing time, and my hair wasn’t fully dried before I left. Once I got home and it dried completely, I saw just how bad the results were — uneven, patchy, and brassy, with visible lines and sections that didn’t blend at all. I had specifically asked for a natural, blended look with no brassiness, and this was the opposite. When I called the next morning to see about getting it corrected, I was told we could “go over pricing” to fix the mistakes. That was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. The color had just been done the night before, and this wasn’t a minor issue — it was poor work that should have been addressed as a correction, not an upsell. Instead of leaving a negative review right away, I contacted the program director directly with photos and a detailed explanation of what happened. It’s been days, and I’ve received no response at all other than a manager will reach out to you but that did not happen. That silence says a lot about how little accountability there is for clients when things go wrong. The lack of quality control and follow-up is extremely disappointing. I understand students are learning — but clients deserve honesty, care, and communication, especially when mistakes happen.

Vanessa provided me with an amazing service. My deep conditioning treatment was much needed! And she gave me a nice massage around my crown; it was so relaxing. She finished off with this lovely blowout. Thank you, Vanessa!

Came in with dead ends and brassy yellow highlights, after my appointment with the lovely Juli I came out with the most gorgina blowout and hair I’ve ever had. Juli’s communication with what my hair needed was clear and helpful and she delivered on it fabulously. OK I think I need to ask a refund at this point. I have got done my nails and toenails last night and IT LOOKS SO BAD... :( I feel bad for the girl who was doing this but she didn't even give me the UV light to use for drying. I couldn't use my hands after she painted. I just called the appointment line and customer service, and her reaction was ridiculous. She acted like I was being overly demanding about getting it done and said that you can’t really fix nails if they’ve already been manicured. Then she told me they have a graduation ceremony, so she didn’t even schedule me for a redo service. I wish I could report her.

I had the best experience with JJ today while she practiced a deep conditioning treatment and blowout on me. She was so thoughtful and caring through the entire process — constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. You can tell she truly cares about her work and making people feel their best. The end result was amazing — my hair felt so soft and looked so smooth and healthy. She’s going to be such a great stylist!
