2025-10-16Amanda W. Is absolutely amazing! I always book with her for my massage appointments. I am a massage snob 😂 so when I say Amanda is amazing I absolutely mean it. When I moved to Utah 2.5 years ago I tried to find a good spa but all of the places were disappointing. Since massages are expensive I decided to give up my search and only get massages when I travel abroad. During a discussion with my new friend she recommended Sego Lilly. She said I would not be disappointed. That is when I found Amanda. During our first appointment she checked in with me, asked me what I liked and what I didn't like. Yes everyone does that BUT she actually used my feedback during the massage. I was hooked after my first appointment with Amanda and I go back every two weeks. She always checks in before she starts to confirm if the pressure is still good for me and if I have a problem area. She is great at getting out my knots without putting me in pain. Amanda is also very professional every time I see her. I've been going to her for a couple of months now and she never disappoints. She also keeps it fresh by incorporating new techniques in her massages when you may be extra tight. The spa itself is also very nice. The environment is very relaxing and always clean. The check in team is always very nice. I enjoy the entire experience when I go to Sego Lilly. They also have an app for booking which is easy to use. I like to book my appointments 2 months out and the app makes that very convenient. The entire experience is very enjoyable.
