I got a wonderful gift card for my birthday from many dear people. I had a peaceful experience. My sister told me everything they had available. The front office person gave me a quick tour and told me to get ready so they would get me and to have snacks and tea on my way out. She told me to stay as long as I wanted to. I left earlier than I wanted to because I had other things scheduled. They had many different snacks, teas, and waters. It was absolutely wonderful. They have a fireplace where you can enjoy your tea or different water options along with snacks. They have two saunas, showers, and everything needed to get ready before you leave. You can even do your hair before you leave if you would like, and they supply everything you will need.

Don’t buy their gift cards! They deduct money from them before you can use them! Be sure to use your credit card when making an appointment so you can at least dispute when they charge you without your authorization. We didn’t have any service done and they charged our gift card for making an appointment and then called back to change the time within the same 24 hours! We bought the gift card as a birthday surprise, the birthday person was not feeling well so we called right back to change the time. The girl was not helpful and actually mean about it, they clearly cared more about keeping a change fee than a repeat client. Not sympathetic to our circumstance whatsoever. Like Pretty Woman said “Huge Mistake” haha our entire family has found a different spa and will never make another appointment or gift card purchase here again. Dishonest, unfair, overall created a terrible experience. Also, old and run down, it looks the same as it did back in 2000. Karma will catch up, this place won’t last much longer without good customer service.

Easy check-in and check-out. Loved the amenities in the womens locker room. Nice big soft robes and true sandals vs pedicure style flip flops or terry cloth. Kandle gave me a great massage in a very relaxing, clean environment! I definitely will be going back.

The spa is poorly run. High staff turnover, rigid policies and no solutions for repeat customers is frustrating. Do yourself a favor and find a owner operated masseuse or nail technician. Edit to respond: It would have been super easy to look at my appointment history and see that I've never missed an appointment or asked for an exception. Yes, you protected your time. You also burned a customer that's never asked for an accommodation or exception.

First time facial I've ever had, and it was a fabulous experience. I had no idea it included massage, including my upper extremities. I felt thoroughly pampered and refreshed by Avery. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
