I won’t lie on a review so….Best nail pace I have ever been too! They worked so fast and efficiently. They also did my 19 month old daughter’s nails in maybe 10 minutes. They were so good with her. My tech worked so fast and I love my nails! I truly do recommend Viava Nail Bar. Friendly, clean, fast, good work.

Got my first set in a long time done there a couple months ago and in total, have had 3 fills from three different techs. I’ve had three nails completely fall off and two chip. They often lift too. Yesterday, one of my nails fell off and the nail underneath is green. I understand greenies happen sometimes, but I’ve constantly had issues with nails here so I can only think it’s because of the way they apply them. She superglued this nail back on last time so I’m thinking the greenie was because of that. I won’t be returning. The staff aren’t very personable or really seem to care about the client. They also offer money off your service for a 5 star review so that’s why they have so many. From my experience, it’s not because they go above and beyond.

This nail salon is literally top tier! It is very professional and each nail tech is very highly skilled. I have been to Kathy, Kristy, and Mimi and have loved their shaping and designs. It is an easy process to book and check in. They keep the space clean and each workspace is also kept very clean which I like. I highly recommend!

The manager asked me to delete my previous review, as it was based on a misunderstanding for which I apologized. However, I would like to now express my real review, without misunderstandings. I’ve been a regular client at this salon but unfortunately, I’ve decided to stop going after a series of disappointing experiences. There was a misunderstanding with one of my recent appointments that led to some confusion, which I later realized was just a misunderstanding of me and I took accountability for my part especially for constantly being late and no showing up. He reached out and explained things, and I appreciated that effort to clear things up. However, another situation really changed how I felt about continuing my visits. A few weeks ago, I developed a green nail (a mild infection) I didn’t notice it right away, but once I did, I messaged the salon to ask for advice. When I went to my regular appointment and showed my technician Kristy the nail, instead of being understanding or explaining the cause calmly, she was rude, dismissive, and blamed me for not coming in sooner. She also continued to work over the lifted and infected nail, which I later learned is unsafe and unsanitary, as it can worsen bacterial infections and pose serious health risks. The salon did offer to redo my nails and give me a discount, which I appreciate, but her attitude throughout the appointment was still unprofessional and cold. I believe she should have been direct and communicated her concerns openly, and I would have totally understood if she had expressed her frustration or chosen not to continue servicing me. Instead, her behavior was passive-aggressive and dismissive, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. After that, her behavior toward me continued to be unwelcoming — no greetings, short responses, and dismissive interactions. Despite that, I continued to leave her tips every time, because I still wanted to be respectful and fair. When I brought this up to the manager, he told me that the technician had been giving me attitude because of my past lateness and no-shows. I found that very contradictory, especially because in the same conversation he told me he didn’t want me to feel unwelcome. It’s hard not to feel unwelcome when that behavior is being admitted and excused instead of addressed. I completely understand that lateness can be frustrating and disruptive for staff, but I believe it would have been more professional to communicate that directly or stop accepting my appointments rather than treating me poorly while I was there. Overall, I feel that the situation was handled unprofessionally and raised serious safety concerns. The green nail infection has not yet healed, which makes the unsafe handling by the technician even more concerning. Hopefully, this feedback helps them improve communication, professionalism, and hygiene practices and be more direct to their clients. And again all you talk and mention is me being late which I took accountability already but you don't take accountability of the unprofessional behavior of your technician's late or not you STILL worked over my infected nail when it's unsafe and if they lifted maybe it was because of your poor work and also I have screenshots and proof from when the mold started and when I got my nails redo again and when I called and made another appointment because I couldn't attend the day I was supposed to go it was still right away and I absolutely didn't waited two weeks after you "told me" to come in and AGAIN there's no reason to be rude if you don't like a client anymore for either reason but be direct instead and not accept them anymore.

Definitely going back. Looks exactly like the inspiration & they were so kind and friendly. Tracy really took care of me, grabbed my a couple bottles of water because I was coughing and lemme take a little break (to cough again) to finish my nails the same time as my friend still and did an amazing job. Stepped out of my comfort zone with acrylic nails and tried the hybrid gel set and I am in love! They are stronger and better for your nails?! Yes please! 👏🏼 🔥
