MJ Nails

Honestly very disappointed in our experience. As someone that is in the service industry as a nail tech and hairstylist it is frustrating experiencing stuff like this when you are paying good money for a service. I wanted to come have a mommy daughter day before her baby brother arrives. I was hoping for a relaxing pedicure so I even upgraded mine, the pedicure was so rushed it was impossible to relax. They didn’t even start my pedicure until my daughter was completely done. Even when I said we want to get one together. The younger girl doing my daughter’s pedicure was very kind and attentive, my daughter definitely got a better experience which I’m grateful for. But when we went to pay we got charged extra for more than one color. I was not made aware of the extra charge or asked, so I guess we are just letting 5 year olds upgrade their own services? When I asked about the extra charge when paying it was very sorry just how it works. This location is great for us but unfortunately we will not be coming back due to poor quality of service and lack of customer care.

I have been to this location several times and have had no issues. They're always really nice and do a good job for the most part. I went in to get a luxury pedicure, which is $45 with regular nail polish. The lady who did it was really nice and did a good job. However, when I got home, I looked at my bank statement and saw that she charged me $60. She charged me extra for the gel polish when I asked for regular polish. The worst part is, I think she used the gel polish like a regular nail polish because by the time I got home, the polish was all lumpy and dull. It looks really bad. I'm irritated that I paid the extra money for it to look horrible! If you go there, make sure you check everything before you leave.

First time there and I got Joey as my nai technician. My nails were a mess but Joey made them look great. He was patient and was comfortable doing this challenging repair. I will definitely be returning.

My daughter came here yesterday and she was very happy with the service. However, one thing I’m not satisfied with is that she was overcharged. She wasn’t informed that the color she chose would have an additional fee. I think it would be better if your staff could let customers know in advance about any extra charges for certain services. 5 stars for the service, but 2 stars for the customer service

MJ Nails is the absolute best nail salon! Very clean & classy. The people are always very friendly and accommodating. They all are very good at what they do. I get compliments on my nails daily and will always recommend MJ Nails. Mimi is forever mine and my daughters go-to when it comes to anything mani/pedi related. Book that appointment!
