Excellent! I’ve been to many salons and this one is by far the best. My recent salon was Anthony Vince Nail Spa which was super close and convenient however they are not as good as here! The front desk lady is super friendly and helpful. I’ve been here twice and both times she has been so kind and friendly. I love that the are you put your foot on is larger. I find that I struggle with the smaller ones as my feet don’t fee supported and then my feet twitch. These ones are great as almost my whole foot fits on it. (I know, a very niche problem😂) The chairs are so comfortable and have arm massage areas as well. Super comfy. It has been clean both times I’ve been and all the workers are super nice and do a good job. I have also never had to wait to get my nails done. They always have enough people working which is really nice! Happily driving 20 mins to get my nails done here!

Oh my gosh, they were so nice! The staff at Lehi Nails was super helpful and welcoming, I even got water right when I sat down. They were incredibly attentive the whole time, constantly checking in to make sure I was happy with the color before applying anything. Honestly, they did such a good job with my nails and were really careful and precise. I loved how everyone there worked together so smoothly too, it just felt really organized and chill. Super happy with the whole experience! 💅✨

A little late in posting, but Lehi Nails is truly a gem! The salon is beautiful, clean, and everything feels brand new. The massage chairs make pedicures such a relaxing and luxurious experience. Bella is the best, she’s so talented and always creates designs exactly how I want them. Can’t wait to come back!

I was passing by and decided to get a color change. I was told a color change would cost $25, and a manicure would be $35. I chose the color change. The technician—her name was Tina, I believe—was extremely aggressive when removing my gel polish. She used the nail drill so harshly and without any care that three of my nails actually started bleeding. The process was incredibly painful—I was visibly wincing the entire time. I told her that I’ve been getting gel manicures for years and have never experienced this kind of rough treatment, nor have I ever had my nails bleed. The salon offered absolutely nothing in response—not an apology, not a word of concern, and certainly no compensation. Tina acknowledged the bleeding but she tried to shift the blame on me. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager wasn’t in. After that, Tina swapped out and an older gentleman took over to apply the new nail color. He seemed unsure and inexperienced, like I might have been his first client. On top of that, the polish looks choppy and uneven. To top it all off, they charged me $35 for the color change, even though I was clearly told it would be $25. When a client is literally bleeding in your salon, this is not how you respond. These are just the very basics of customer service and professionalism—and they failed at every one of them. This was a truly disappointing experience. I've been to many salons and have been a loyal customer at several, but this stands out as the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I will be getting hepatitis testing at baseline tomorrow and then repeat it since i am very concerned how they are doing business and casually causing people to bleed like this and she did not clean the nail drill after this happened either . I am truly very concerned. I am also inclined to report them to the local health authority

I’ve gotten my nails done at this location twice. Three weeks ago, and this weekend. My first time I had an appointment and they were running an hour behind. I asked several times when I would be taken and in. By the third ask, the man working the waiting area took me to get my pedicure started until a nail tech finally came over. When my pedicure was done, I was instructed to go wait again in the waiting area for my manicure. The man working the front literally started my nails until a tech came over again to take over. The waiting was frustrating since I did have an appointment. Overall, I was okay with the nails, but if you’re looking for more intricate artwork or designs (3D elements, chrome, etc) I might look elsewhere as they were a bit hesitant to take it on and execution wasn’t perfect. My nails were slightly different lengths and width (see last photo). This weekend I went for a fill and chose just 1 basic cat eye polish since the last set was more intricate and I wasn’t 100% happy with them. I got cut 3 times around my cuticles, and there is excess acrylic on several nails. I noticed the files and drills had nail dust on them when they were used on me so i’m certain they are not being disinfected between clients and I was cut to the point blood was drawn on 3 fingers and that’s not being cleaned between people. I don’t think I will be back to this salon, which is a shame because it’s in a very convenient location to me. I unfortunately cannot recommend this location.
